Worst service I have ever seen. People waiting 25 minutes for coffee only to get the wrong order. After 23 minutes of waiting and watching 5 people in front of us get the wrong drinks I asked for a refund. I was told nobody in the store out of the three employees knew how to give a refund they couldnt figure out how to put the amount of my order on to a caribou gift card so I could go to a different store to actually get coffee this morning. I will never be going back to this store the service was horrendous and the employees or Unapologetic and very rude that people were upset for waiting 30 minutes for coffee.

Ive been going to the caribou for 6 years and in the last 3 years the quality of the service and store has gone way down. I go at least once a week and there either going super slow even during NONBUSY times and only two cars are in line, ill still wait for my drink for 10 minutes. And then its 50/50 whether they did my drink right or not. Theyre coolers barely have any ice in them and come out very slouchy and ive ask multiple times for a pom hot tea and the other month someone just gave me a pom tea latte..any promotional drinks theyre out of ingredients almost immediately and dont have a well stocked bakery.

Convenient and close to home. Baristas are nice and hardworking. I usually get the campfire mocha but in this location its not the best. Its really watered down and i cant even taste the sweetness of the chocolate and marshmallows as well as the espresso at all. The Caribou by 68 South Snelling Avenue is much better and serves a more tasteful campfire mocha. They add in a good chunk of marshmallows and whip cream to make the beverage a yummy energy booster in the morning which is what i need on some days.

Ordered a macchiato, was never given a receipt or read back the order. Realized after a minute that the price was dollar more than what a macchiato is so I looked at their order screen and saw latte. When I informed the casher that I want a macchiato she said thats not what you ordered and another employee said she would make the correct macchiato but the cashier didnt offer to refund me the correct price so I asked for a refund and left. I felt more like any inconvenience then customer

SO SLOW. It took 15 minutes to get through the drive-through with two cars in front of me one morning, and 5 minutes to get my drink with one person in line in front of me when I went in the other morning. The drive-through is always slow-- this wasnt just a one-time thing. I only stop here when absolutely necessary-- and even then I skip it sometimes.

If the was a negative star I would select it!!! I ordered two drinks and wanted pastries, until I noticed lots of small flies on the rolls. Brought it to their attention and they said yea we need to get them out of there. Then watched them sell the food to other customers! Caribou you are better than this location!!! Its GROSS!!!!

Nice inside with wooden table for six and good seating for one, two, three, four with tables and chairs or comfy chairs. Good WiFi connection. Patio could use some litter removal but nice tables and chairs facing both South and West. Pet friendly on the patio. Friendly staff and customers.

Its fine as a coffee shop, but I just wanted to warn people that theres some issue with their wi-fi configuration so I couldnt connect to my works VPN. Dont expect to be able to work from this location.
