I do shop this store quite often. It is clean and well organized. I did have a problem there a while back. I was purchasing 2 childrens books that came with plastic figures Same book, different stories and characters. One was priced $2.99 and the other $3.99. The cashier sent the $2.99 book back to the back to be repriced at $3.99. I was ticked. They were different color labels, so the items didnt come in at the same time. They said they have the option to reprice merchandise if they feel it is priced incorrectly. WTH! The store staff is who prices it, so I dont understand this policy. I wrote to their headquarters and complained and only got a stock answer back saying thank you for shopping at Goodwill. Ugh.

Im rather disappointed with this store. They receive so many items but apparently are very lazy in looking over their donations. I have purchased many items only to find out they are broken. They are overpriced on many items as well. I have even asked to have a discount on broken items when priced same as other items and they refused. They have long lines as well and the staff seems annoyed to be there most of the time. I only go there because its the closest to me .. but I still have to drive half hour to get there. I have shopped Goodwill in the metro many times and this one really has a lot of room for improvement.
