Horrible customer service. I went in to purchase a futon that was on sale. They only had the floor model left and it was dented and ripped, I asked the sales associate if they would be able to discount it due to the damage. She called a manager and he said he would take $20 off without ever telling him about the rip or dent. I asked if she could have him come back and talk to me. I was told he was too busy and that there was not another manager in the store that could help me, and that i would have to wait 15 minutes. I did some shopping and asked another associate to help and he told me he just saw the the manager up front. I walked to the front and saw two employees in white shirts talking at the front, as I approached them I could hear them talking about the futon, they were making disparaging remarks about the customer (me) and were completely inappropriate. I have been a loyal Fleet Farm customer for over 25 years shopping at the Brooklyn Park Store, this was my first experience at the Carver store and i will not be returning, by far the worst experience Ive ever had at Mills Fleet Farm.

Extremely dissapointed. Drove here from quite the distance because "if FF does not have it you do not need it" but I knew I still could not find it and that would have been fine, but my dissapointmet comes from the poor customer service at this store. Went to customer service desk, told them what I was looking for, they point me in the direction, after wondering around the floor and finding no one to help I finally found a lady who seemed bothered by my question, took me to the propane items place, but left me hanging, she had a terrible attitude. You have lost a customer almost for life. I will not bother again coming to any FF.

The old phrase is "if they dont sell it at fleet farm, you probably dont need it." I like their pet section, and when I need something quick to fix something at my house, they seem to have enough stuff, although honestly the selections are limited in all departments. One thing I was not aware of, is that their auto-shop isnt really an auto-shop. They dont really do anything besides tires and batteries. However, if you need tires or a battery, its tough to find it any less expensive than here.

Its okay but they sell alot of inferior Chinese products for more than their competitors. The employees are mostly very nice but the management is rude to customers and there subordanant employees. Its no surprise why they seem to have difficulty retaining good workers. Its an understatement that they have a bad reputation for having poor customer relations and bad outreach with the local community.

Went in to buy a few things and because bank wouldnt say whether we had money or not in our account they treated us like theives. I will be telling family and friends to avoid Mills Fleet Farm. Customer service sucks from management. Will be returning any and and all items bought from Mills Fleet Farm. And using our hard earned money else where.

Got a flat tire at 5:30 pm on a Sunday evening. Called Mills Fleet farm in Carver and even though they were booked until 6:00 pm they squeezed us in. Thank you to the Service manager and his Team. Like all large discount stores it can sometimes be hard to find what you are looking for. We have asked employees for help and have always found what we were looking for. Good prices on bird seed and animal feed. Mills Fleet Farm is aimed more at the rural and Suburban Shopper rather than city folks.

A lot of variety and one of the largest stores in the region. Two stars for that. Too bad customer service was non-existent and staff wouldnt even acknowledge your existence as you traverse the huge store. Youd have to poke them to get a response. Cashiers were decent, at least.

Love fleet farm for snacks, cleaning supplies, pet and household needs. Their clothing is way over priced though. Their clothing clearance prices are not clearance prices, the clearance price is what I might pay for full price.

Great fleet farm generally not crazy busy. Its a large store and has a nice layout. The isles are wider and theres more room to walk most everywhere in the store with a cart.
