Very poor customer service. Not only to me but to the other people that was there. I took some high end Apple iwatches there and they was very uninformed and did not know what they were. When I tried to explain what they were because one of the men that worked there asked me, the other man that worked there became hostile and very disrespectful. I used to frequently shop there for different gadgets however never again. If this is the best that GR has to offer it leaves a lot to be desired! If I could have rated it no stars I would have. Would not recommend!

Took a gold necklace there to get some cash, proceeded to tell me that the cross was steel and not gold. He offered me $40 for it, he figured since I was young he could try and rip me off. Took it to a gold exchange and got $130 for it since it was gold. I dont appreciate being ripped off so I will never go back and have told many others about this experience. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Purchased a watch which was guaranteed authentic. When it stopped working and brought in for service it was found that the watch was a fake. When I contacted the store and notified them, Jeff said he would take care of it. Since that they have refused calls from both myself and PayPal, and have refused to do the right thing. Avoid at all costs.

Pawned two items to this pawn shop, both times I felt belittled, & was given low numbers, + if I wouldnt have been hard up for the cash, I wouldve declined. very rude, they think they know it all, & very WHITE environment, very WHITE CHAUVINIST men working in there. Dissatisfied would be an understatement.

I walked in on a very busy day, but everyone was very friendly. They have many guitars and turntables, video games (ranging from old school games to now), and a variety of hunting gear, tools, and jewelry. Everything was arranged well and the prices are fair. Staff was friendly.

I think the service here is quite nice and they work with you on the price you want to pawn an item. They also gave me a great price on a brand new (well basically brand new) LCD tv. Its been over a year now and they tv still works great.

Love this place! I refuse to go anywhere else. They have the BEST selection and quality! The staff there are wonderful, friendly and so informative! But most importantly this store and all items are always clean, and for me that is HUGE!
