Cool enough people when i used to go there. Although, once I bought something and pawned it somewhere else. Turns out it was stolen and was seized from the place i pawned it and i was a part of a small investigation until i proved i bought the item at KT Pawn. In the end, i spent money at KT for something the police seized. I told them about it and they confirmed they sold me the item and when to keep me out of trouble... but they didnt make it right with me... they should have refunded my money but they never reached out. Oh well. Now I see Diana is working there now. Im sure things will improve.

The employees here are some of the most uneducated, rude, disrespectful people I have ever came across I was in their store and they were talking down to another customer it was absolutely shameful. Also their pricing is unreasonable for what they are selling I definitely wouldnt suggest this pawn shop if youre looking for good deals.
