Normally I would say this pawn shop was respectful and professional until i went up there yesterday. I had e-mailed pictures to there staff for a Red Schwinn 1980s guy said i dont want to waste your time by giving you a bad quote on the bike, please bring the bike up here. I drove all the way up to the facility and another gentleman met me at the door not even allowing me to enter his business and is telling me to get out we dont take those kind of bikes. I asked what is wrong with the bike that you cant even do research on it. The staff member says we already have a bike that looks just like it. So I simply asked is it an old Vintage Schwinn because I am a collect myself. He had a crappy 1999 Schwin not worth $20 but priced at $85. This tells me A there not professional at all dont waist my time saying oh come in and then not even letting me in the door. Secondly do some research on your products. Thats like having a 1990s Corvette and a 2016 Z06 Corvette and saying well they both look the same and slapping the same price on them. Would not go back if i was on fire and they were the only ones with water. Good Day

My husband & I went in to pick up 3 items that we had been paying on for months. Well they "lost" his brand NEW tool that was $400 from the store! They first offered $200 for their mistake, which is insulting, then offered to go buy one. Then come to find out the guy told us our item wasnt "lost" it was sold on ebay!! I dont understand how they can screw up selling something that was being payed on every month! Also they screwed up my monthly payment on my ring, trying to charge me 30% instead of 10%. We definitely had a lot of problems there. Im thankful tho that they didnt "lose/sell" my ring that has sentimental value!!!

Just so this company know that I will every day repost that they did something to break my equipment when it was in there possession for two and a half weeks. They are a joke and a scam. But I will make sure that every day I let people know how there business work and what they think about there costumers. The one guy that was working the corner today think he is a some body .tell me that I am not to come back in the store to even show him what was going on .that if I came there to prove that they messed it up somehow that he would shoot me lol nice business

Ive purchased several items from this location. Two MacBooks, jewelry, and a Husky toolbox. Every time, the employees have been beyond helpful and cordial. Theyre honest, straightforward, and their prices are more than fair. When I have something in particular in mind, and I dont want to pay full retail, I can count on 14kt for quality items and fair prices. Its a busy place, for sure, but Ive never been treated poorly, or regretted a purchase.

I was looking to sell a ring and went to a few places around. Everywhere else I had to bargain up to the price these guys offered me right off. I ended up spending the money they gave me buying a laptop from them, but they did give me a good deal and the guy was very knowledgeable and helpful about the computer. Ill be shopping with them again!!

So I gave this company a bad review a few months back. Went in there today and was refuse service and threatened by the heavyset gentleman. I hope they know what they did was illegal, you cant refuse anyone service unless physical or financial harm was done to the business. I will be contacting the better business burial about them...

the employees here are very very courteous and respectful.if youre a little late on your due date for your pawn they are understanding Ive dealt with this place many of times and every time I am 100% satisfied I definitely recommend this pawn shop over any other pawn shop Ive ever been to.

Bought ammo from them. They told me that it was Not reloads. It jammed up my Glock 19 every shot. Dirty ammo. Showed my the ammo to the guys at first line... It Was reloads for sure. Cannot trust what they say. Very pissed that I was lied to. Integrity is everything in business.

Always good to work with honest and very fair pricing. Good people. For buying and selling silver, and yes nice gun selection they have at a fair market price, never no what you might find there. You have to stop in a few times a week as things change daily.A+..

Fast and friendly! I recently visited the store to sell some jewelry and other miscellaneous goods. Was pleasantly surprised at the price I received. Also, the store was clean and offered a great variety of weaponry and electronics.

Place is a joke took a 87 Gibson in for a loan on it .b4 I even made it to the counter he said they only do acoustics. didnt even open the case or ask what it is was false advertising.dont waste your time on place!
