Julian, Tony and the staff at 14k pawn in Southgate are truly one of a kind. They have the best customer service ever. I truly appreciate how they care for their customers. I value our relationship and will remain a loyal customer. I rarely do reviews but they deserve it. Rather you live in Detroit, Sterling Heights, Warren, Romulus, or Taylor its worth the trip to bypass the others and do business with these guys. You wont regret it. I love these guys and you will too.

Today was the second time I went to this shop, to get a second opinion on jewelry I wanted to sell. Both times I was offered almost double what another pawn shop down the street offered me. This will definitely be the first place I go from now on. Theyre extremely nice and professional, and they dont try to convince you to take less than what your stuff is worth. I really recommend this place to anyone wanting to sell their jewelry or get a fair estimate on the worth!

Ive been a customer with 14k for over 10years. They are very good with the prices for the items you are pawning or selling. They have wonderful customer service skills and treat you like family. They also have a good selection of some new and old movies for a wonderful price. Not to mention, they have a great deal of items you can purchase for a very low price and great quality. I truly wish that I could rate Zero stars. Dirty. Broken items. And EXTREMELY rude and insulting worker rhat I have encountered upon entering ANY business. Went in for possible "appraisal" and left being bet 5,000 that he was the best and could beat the losers next door. At lwast they had a tight grasp on BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. If you Re looking for a place to go to be belittled and degraded, then this is DEFINITELY your place. #salesgameweak

My experience was pretty damn good tbh. Highly recommend this shop because they definitely fall into the more "moral" section of the pawn shop spectrum. Why? well typically 14k pawn pays 40% of a gift card. I bought my JCPenny gift card in, and since it was my first experience in the shop, the owners brother, sorry man i dont know your name, gave me some extra cash for being a newbie. So it was serendipitous experience and i appreciated that.

Tony and Team with 14 Kt. are awesome. I love working with them as they have become like family! I cant imagine doing business with any other pawn shop. The first class service that you get is one of a kind and I dont give these kind of recommendations to just anyone. Hands down best pawn shop in Southgate maybe even Michigan. Great service, employees were very welcoming Jason helped me out great guy I might add, they gave the best price for my merchandise definitely going back these guys know what they are doing, I recommend anyone to visit these guys if youre looking to buy or sell anything they will take care of you like they did for me.
