A shop you can trust, After having a bad experience with another local bike shop I went to cycle therapy, They stock a lot of great bikes and were the only shop in the area with the bike I was looking for, They stayed open late to set the bike up for me before I took it home, Showed me where they do all their maintenance and gave me some great bike care/maintenance tips too. Theyre an honest shop run with staff who are really passionate about biking.

From out of town and had a wheel issue. At the last minute, they were able to deal with my repair issue quickly, efficiently, properly, and expertly ... inexpensively, and on a walk-in basis while I waited. Parts and accessories seem to be well stocked, carrying many things I dont often see at a local bike shop. If I have any need for purchases or repairs when Im in town (now or in the future), Ill head directly for Cycletherapy.

Great shop. The staff there knows their stuff and is very helpful and good at customer service. They always show me a range of prices for what I am looking for and do not try to just push the most expensive items. I appreciate their knowledge and honesty. Theyre also about the local community. Its nice to have a truly local bike shop in the area.

I have been going to Cycletherapy now for about 2 years for all my cycling needs. The staff is awesome, and will literally bend over back to help you out. They have the best selection of bikes and gear around, and they all are very knowledgeable on all things bike related. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my my bikes or service!

I love Cycletherapy! I have purchased a road bike and a mountain bike from their Waterford store. I go frequently for gifts for my bicycle-loving family. Prices are what you expect, but you can get great deals too. The customer service is always great and the bikes are high-quality. Wouldnt shop anywhere else.

Not happy with the service during 2011-2012 season. Many newbie mistakes. Most replacement parts have to be order from catalog and carry full blown retail price. If you dont have a choice and have to use Cycletheraphy - ask for Chris to get the best service and understanding of all your service needs.

I LOVE to shop locally! The folks at Cycletherapy are genuine, and love pedal-power! Even if all associates are busy with other customers, each time Ive been in they have been quick to acknowledge me and let me know they will take care of me shortly. Their service is first rate!

These guys saved my camping weekend had repair issue that most shops wouldnt touch for 3 days they did a great job for very reasonable price and got me up and going hammering out some miles. Definitely the shop you want to use if in their area.
