Ive bought my last 10 bicycles from RBS and always have them make the repairs and upgrades. All of the bicycle mechanics are very experienced. They sell quite a few brands of bicycles and have the right bike for anyone (kids to adults, beginner to racer). I have heard several people tell stories of having an issue with thier bike on the Paint Creek Trail and riding to the shop for a repair so they can get back home. Zac or the other mechanics will adjust the shifter or fix the flat or straighten the rim while they wait. Getting them back home safely. Best bike shop for many miles around. Dont know of a better one.

Thank you Zach and Josh for your excellent service on our familys bikes AGAIN. Our Spring tune-ups were completed in a timely manner. Your explanation of gears / shifting / chain stress was super helpful. RBS was able to install new bike computers while we waited. Their sales staff has consistently answered my sons (and my) questions about the upscale mountain bikes he longs to own. I learn something new every time we are in your store -- which is often. Bought a new bike during their recent sale. They did not make me feel rushed, despite how busy they were. Their staff is knowledgeable, and they worked as a team. They did their best to help me with a few accommodations I requested. I wasnt 100% pleased with the result- me being a bit of a fussy person- and I was so relieved when they graciously corrected any tiny problem I had without making me feel bad about it. Their customer service was excellent. I am very happy with my new bike, and Rochester Bike Shop.
