The employees were nice and had our order (four drinks) out quickly. Then it went down hill from there. My youngest got a hot chocolate which she said taste like they put to much hot chocolate powder in it. My wife got a caramel latte and said it was the worse latte she has ever had from any Starbucks. My oldest daughter and I got the Java Chip Frappuccino and they were not blended very well at all. The chocolate chips and ice chunks kept getting stuck in the straw, and the appearance just looked sad. The whip cream that goes on top, looked like a clump of frozen cool whip. That was our first and last time going to that Starbucks.

We frequent Starbucks often. We try and avoid this one! Rude team members! We were just in there and one of them was upset about people getting their items mixed up, which she mixed them up, and then went on talking about policy and procedures and how they are stupid! She also was talking about how she just got yelled at for being rude. News flash, you are very rude. You work in customer service for a company that takes pride in it and does it well. You do not do it well, in fact we try our best to avoid this location because you treat people so poorly.

I LOVE STARBUCKS!! I dont think they have anything I do not like, from their frapps to the macchiatos, to purchasing their stainless steel mugs, tumblers to their seasonal coffees! I love the petite vanilla scones (definitely worth trying if you havent) they arent hard, they are soft with a vanilla glaze. The lemon bread slices are to die for and the oatmeal is so yummy (not just for breakfast) I could sit at Starbucks and just enjoy a caramel macchiato and listen to an audio book while the people around me fade away!

I just moved right next to this location and Ive been disappointed most of the time I order. Poor customer service from a few of the ladies, no smiles. Also, I order Carmel drizzle on my drink every time, Im lucky if they actually do it half of the time. Read the drink! Its right on the sticker. If Im paying over $5 for a drink, its the least you can do, really. I live 2 minutes away but Im about to take the few extra minutes to drive to the Starbucks on sashabaw because theyll actually make my drink how I order it.

I have been going to this location for few years and the service has been good until recently. A few of the staffs wasnt very friendly and no smile I mean didnt have a good customer service when I walked inside to ordered my coffee. I dont understand why Starbucks would hired some people who dont like the jobs to work there?? I tips all the times but I wont tips them anymore if they keep acting like they are unhappy working there!! Too bad!!

Probably theworst Starbucks experience Ive ever had. Super slow service and not a smile from anyone. One frappucino was barely frozen with almost no whipped cream. The other came with whipped cream but a flat lid, overflowing all over the cup. When we asked them to wipe it off, the barista said "napkins are over there" and turned away. We went out of our way for that Starbucks experience and did NOT find it here.

I stop at this location most mornings that I work and ordered the same iced beverage. This morning I was handed a hot drink and politely told them I had ordered iced. No big deal... Until the cashier turns to her coworker and says loudly, "whatever... She forgot to say it and is now blaming me". I like my coffee without a side of snotty condescension. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

I was not pleased with my service at this Starbucks. The baristas are not very welcoming. I ordered 2 drinks and was having issues with the app. No one offered any ideas to fix the issue. Thankfully my kid was able to get the app working on her phone. Our drinks were not stirred and my daughter couldnt taste any vanilla in her drink. It was not an enjoyable experience.

Very disappointed this morning, i ordered the smores frappuccino and there was no smores chocolate in it I watched the lady make it and she tryed putting the chocolate in but it was out so she told somebody to go get her more but she didnt put anymore in my drink,

I prefer this Starbucks over others. They make the Double chocolaty chip frappe better than anywhere else. The people are also very nice. However, it is way over priced but its like that at any coffee place. If prices would go down than I would go there a lot more.

I love this Starbucks. There fast and friendly. This morning I decided to do something nice, I paid for the order in the vehicle behind me and said just tell them happy Friday. These days our country needs a little kindness.

The people are nice but this is by far the worst starbucks in the area. Food and drink does not meet the typical starbucks standard for price. Last 3 visits food was dry and cup was not full. Unacceptable for the price.

Stopped here on the way to a friends house a while back to order double chocolaty chip frappuccinos. To this day we can not find another Starbucks near us that makes them better.

Hard to get into from the road. Long lines but thats expected, not a big deal. Getting out onto the road is not easy. Can be dangerous at times when busy on Dixie.
