I order Starbucks approximately 11-12 times a week so its safe to say I am a fan. And this location not 70% not even 80% but 99.9% of the time gets the drinks wrong. Though they always make it right eventually this is highly annoying. A Venti iced latte handed to you hot. Or a Venti hot latte comes at me grande every single time. My husband and I have started counting in disbelief that this keeps happening 7 visits in a row as of today every one of them wrong. The staff is friendly but the attention to detail is way off and coming from someone that has starbucks built into their monthly budget if any other bill I paid for monthly (sprint, comcast) gave such service Id cut them. The quality of the product is this locations only saving grace.

I have always had amazing service here. My office switched from Biggby to this location because of the excellent service and quality of drinks. However, today one of the employees was beyond rude. Upon saying "Im sorry this was supposed to be iced", she rudely dumped the drink in the sink, continued to slam and slide my drinks to me, and nearly flung a drink carrier at me when I asked for one. She didnt give me straws, so I had to get my own from behind the glass. I have never encountered an empoyee so rude at this location. To say the least, I will not be going back for a while. My office spends too much money each week there to be treated rudely.

Its a decent Starbucks, it has high chairs and regular desks, but I always feel cold here during the winter, probably from the huge windows. But its a great place for studying during the summer from all that great sunlight. Sometimes though I feel the orders come out at different order and it makes it confusing to know whos drink is whos.

I used to come here every morning happy faces nice barristas. Then they got new people working there the coffee always taste burnt like they never clean their esspresso machine . nice people but quality of their products have gone down. Edit * they continue to mess up my order it has happened at least 3 times last week.

The service in the Drive-Thru is kind courteous and very pleasant. They get your order correct inside the store and in the Drive-Thru service. However, the past four times Ive been there the coffee has had a burned taste as did the iced coffee... both my daughter and I threw our coffee away without drinking it.

Drive thru was terrible. 6 cars long 15 minute wait. Once you finally get to order. They may not have the ingredients to make what you want. What a waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and go to the location at the Genesee valley next to Barnes & Noble. Where people know what they are dping.

Ordered a caramel frapp., and it took them 10 mins to make it. One of the employees was flirting with a boy while they had customers waiting. When I finally got my frapp. it tasted like they didnt put any caramel flavoring in it. I was thoroughly unsatisfied with my experience here.

Will not go back again. All the women behind the counter are chit chatting and acting like they dont have customers or arent in the middle of a rush. Will not put myself in that position ever again where I have to wait 15 minutes for a COFFEE Ive already paid for.

Not worth the wait. The employees are rude, unprofessional and customer service is not a priority for anyone that works here. There are too many choices in the area for a cup of coffee that anyone should be treated as poorly as this store treats their customers.

I think they have one of the better Baristas for a coffee shop around but the staff needs to be a little more friendly kind of snotty especially to those like me who are not coffee connoisseurs and dont know how to order properly they were impatient

Starbucks may be the 1 chain that can confer civility on a community (like Flint), and my wife really enjoyed her oatmeal for breakfast there (with the yummy skinny latte). This Starbucks was as pleasent as any in Seattle.

Food was amazing, staff were helpful and ambience was lovely. A bit noisier than I expected, but I guess the open plan and wood floors do not make for private conversations when busy. Will go back for sure.

Horrible service staff is very unfriendly. Also do not know how to make drinks the right way . They have to ask for a receipe of a frequently ordered drink. Would not recommend this location.

I love my local Starbucks! I asked about the newest drink and they made me one to try it a long with the drink I ordered! My daughter lives coming for her chocolate milk fix as well.

I had a Iced strawberry Green Tea and it wasnt sweet enough. The cashier helped me decide which kind of sugar would suit it best and made it the BEST ever. Was so good!

What you would expect from a Starbucks. They didnt have the gluten free option they said they did but it was just because they had sold out of them. Friendly staff.

I live just down the road and its an easy stop to grad a cup of coffee and even breakfast. Their breakfast sandwiches are great! Love it!
