Usually good quality and friendly staff, but the past few orders have had problems. Not sure if it can be attributed to the high customer volume or new hires for the holiday season. Still, the oversights are not due to laziness or apathy, which is why they still deserve a high rating. The venue stays clean and publicly accessible stock is orderly and easy to search. The register portion of the counter could be better organized, and the scanner for mobile apps needs to be easier for customers to access. The furniture is comfortable and in good condition, and free WiFi through Google is available. The exterior has good seating options. The drive through is standard: nothing special but nothing negative either. No Starbucks has ever figured out a decent way to affix a tip jar at the drive through, and this venue is no different. Unfortunately, parking is extremely limited, and due to customer volume, the drive through can stack all the way out to the 124 entrance, which adds to traffic issues. Because of surrounding structures, theres no viable fix for that. Still, staff attitude, environment and product quality outweigh the detractors.

I love Starbucks coffee!! I also love their toasted bagels and their very courteous and pleasant staff. Recently I have been going for toasted bagels and butter, but it was always finished by the time I went. Today was one of those such days.....and I left with an ache for that toasted bagel. Later I went back for a coffee this time, and the guy remembered my face!!!! He said to me, you have been coming for bagels and it is always finished on you, so today, the coffee is on us That was the sweetest thing!!! His action told me many things; positive and progressive things. His action says that the customers are important. That they are important enough to know, to be treated the best, and to be satisfied. That is the hallmark of an awesome customer service professional!! Way to go Starbucks Snellville. You rock!!!!!

Its your typical generic Starbucks. Whoever engineered the actual parking lot did not put a lot of thought into that, the entrance & exit to the shopping center, plus the long inevitable drive-thru line. Usually my drinks here are made as would be expected but I have had a few times with MY $5 DRINK FILLED ~60%!!! CHECK YOUR DRINKS, Open the lid and make sure that its Filled Up! I mean you dont want to Burn yourself but you dont want to pay $5 for a half a drink either!!!

I go about 3 to 5 times a week here... (morning mostly ) and recently they have new personal and its the worst attitude and service ever. I gone to this Starbucks since they open it. Very rude... by far... if your unhappy because you been up very early because you need a job than you need go get another job. .. yoday wasnt the first time I got bad service but when your on your way to work you dont have time to. complaint, I wont be going back at least for a while.

Im not going back to this location they dont want people to sit and enjoy coffee, the AC is running nonstop its like a freezer every one has a jacket on and are dressed like is below freezing. I asked the person at the registered to turn down the AC and she said there is nothing she can do about it its set and no one can change the temperature. Thats ridiculous outside is cold and inside is colder.

This was a great location. This was my first time to this location I usually go to the satellite Blvd store but its good to know there is another store that matches them. This was hard to find another match for them I mean cause more stores I visited just didnt compare. But this store was clean and friendly. And really know how to make some good frappie.

Great staff and quick service through the drive thru. My orders are always made correctly. Its confusing to get to the entrance. If you are coming up Scenic, you cant make that left. You have to go left in Wendys or drive up to the gas station. The Eggnog is seasonal but its delicious.

Excellent customer service. Although I dont consider myself a big coffee drinker, some staff members here took the time and made the effort to learn and remember my name as well as what I most often choose to to have my cup filled with, plus the occasional cheese danish.. ;)

Good location just off of Ronald Reagan with a fairly friendly staff and quick service. Its sometimes busy, but this is really only on weekends. Parking is extremely limited, however there are other parking lots with usually empty spaces adjacent to the building.

Great service and friendly staff, its just a little too small for the volume they do here. The parking lot gets gridlocked at peak times due to the line for the drive through window, but otherwise this is as good as any Starbucks location.

Everytime I go through the drive thru, they get my order exactly right very quickly. Im in and out and enjoying my coffee on the way to work without having to fix it. Thanks guys for being awesome!

Very prompt service, tasty Venti iced caramel macchiato with extra whipped cream, and clean, quiet surroundings. Too expensive, but arent all coffee shops? I give it 5 stars.

20 minutes in drive thru. Request 3 creams 3 sugars. Diary milk poured heavily and sugar free hand sprinkle. If it was inconvenience I would prefer to prepare myself
