First let me just say that Customer Service is great. Very nice and attentive. But for some reason, this Starbucks is considered a kiosk with a limited menu when it isnt a kiosk as it clearly has a seating area. You would think that with a limited menu, you could bring food purchased from Kroger to go along with the coffee, since the store is physically in a Kroger, but you cant

Teresa is the only one that knows how a very berry hibiscus is being made. The rest of the staff is to lazy to even shake it (as its supposed to be done) The tree stars are for Teresa, the rest there...are very berry expendable God i am cheesy... Very berry expendable
