PLEASE READ !!!!! PLEASE READ !!!!!! PLEASE READ !!!!! Went through the drive through at this Tim Hortons location this morning 4/3/14 around 8:45 am and we pulled up to the window i gave the girl working the drive through my wifes debit card which my wife was with me and the girl was handing me our coffees and one had opened so the girl said sorry and got us another coffee which was okay but she forgot to give me back the debit card (at that time didnt realize we didnt get it back) so my wife and i called for at least 45 min trying to get through to tell them we would be right back there to get our debit card so they finally answered the phone and the person that answered the phone said oh yeah the girl had it and put aside so we can get it back to but in the mean time the manager took it and threw it away which sent me off he said that is what he does so none of his employees can get a hold of it and use it as he committed that its happened in the past and theres nothing he can do about it now but my point here is that he threw it in the trash he couldnt put it in the safe for a few days or contact the bank it belongs too what about the people that dig through the trash and find my debit card this ordeal was the last time i will ever step foot into this owners locations he owns the one on the corner of State and Ellsworth which isnt as bad as this location which most the employees are rude never get your orders correct I personally have called twice about their service and my wife has as well and every body Ive talked to say the same thing that this location sucks and they wont go back and neither will I and anyone else I know and I will drive out of my way to go to another Tim Hortons that this guy doesnt own he was very unprofessional about this whole thing and he lost a lot of loyal customers that wont give any of his locations a dime. ***PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE***** I went to this location and ordered their Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal from the drive-thru. When I opened the oatmeal I found a COCKROACH inside the oatmeal. I called this location and spoke with one of the "managers" and he told me that I should come in the next morning to get another bowl of oatmeal for free and handed the phone to one of his employees because he was having a hard time understanding me. I was totally disgusted with how the dismissed me and my concern. I then went back to the store and spoke with another "manager". She told me that "Its like having bananas out in the open and getting fruit flies." Basically saying things like this happens! I was totally disgusted about finding the roach in my food and even the more disgusted about how this was handled through store management. Tim Hortons #1 priority is food safety, as in stated in their Standard of Business Practice booklet but this is how they do business??? So please DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!

Well, I have a fantastic message to share. I was at the Hewitt Road Tim Hortons this afternoon and left my wallet behind accidentally. An employee delivered my wallet to the address he found on my ID which is a former address. This young, African American honest, amazing man personally delivered it and the current owner of my condo contacted my daughter thru a mutual friend and it has been returned...miraculously! I want to offer a reward to him but have not been able to reach the Hewitt Road shop. I will call and reach him to thank him personally. This is probably one of the worst Tim Hortons in the area. 9 out of 10 times your order will be wrong, youll be over charged for the wrong items, or You end up repeating your order 3-4 times before they still get it wrong. I dont know how a black coffee with cream and sugar on the side is complicated.... Or how we end up getting vanilla with sprinkles when we order chocolate... I rarely go to Tim Hortons, and having bad experiences continuously is the exact reason why.

Never had an issue with the Washtenaw Avenue site, they are also more polite. Overall the chain makes real good breakfast food. My frequent experience at this location involves a 15+ minute wait in the Drive Thru, even during non-peak hours. I have also lost patience having to repeat my order several times a visit at the window. Time for Dunkin

I would go to this location every other day before work for coffee at about 5:15. Within the last month a new girl opens and havent been able to get coffee since. I think shes sleeping in the back because no one is ever seen. One day I did see her but she ran into the back room. Ive taken my business since then elsewhere.

Disgusting - worst sandwich I have ever purchased in my life. Dried out chicken that tasted like it bad been sitting around for 3 days. Threw it out after 2 bites. Would have asked for a refund but didnt want to deal with the aggravated and stressed out staff running the place.

Ordered a Medium Sweetened Ice Tea, but it came with 5lbs of sugar. Large coffee 3 cream 1 sugar tasted 12 days old and had maybe a splash of cream. Plenty sweet though. We are no longer using this location. Terrible customer service and a broken ice cap. machine to boot.

It says it is supposed to be 24 hours and its not. Im not sure if that is googles fault or Tim Hortons fault but it needs to be changed. It is so misleading and disappointing when you are exhausted driving across the state in the middle of the night.

Hot chocholate tasted like water when the lady handed me my burning hot drinks with out sleeves I asked for sleeves she handed me just one when I told her I needed another one for my second drink she rolled her eyes RUDE !

I went to this Tim Hortons to use a coupon I had for a couple sandwiches. The sandwiches were great, the location is perfect for where I live, but the speed at which I was served was lacking. Overall, a great location!

Terrible service, I ordered a number 3 and some how got order wrong, plus I asked if they had anything vegetarian and they said no and she was very rude whoever took my order. Worst Tim Hortons ever

I have been to this location several times and they never have gotten my order correct and you have to wait a long time for everything. Staff seems to not care about service either. Bummer

Good coffee. Seems like they are often out of some thing --- smoothies, egg whites, etc. But the go-to coffee and donuts are always in stock, and thats usually the point of my visit
