Ive never been there nor bought anything from them, but I called them looking for something specific and the lady on the phone was VERY helpful. She got out the product that I was contemplating buying and read me info off the box. She even opened it and described the product to me. It was close to what I needed, but not quite. But the price was about 40 bucks cheaper than a similar product to one I had just returned to Home Depot that also wasnt quite what I needed. The lady gave me some advice on a possible workaround and she didnt make me feel like I was wasting her time. Overall, she gave me a good impression of how they do business there. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and theyve got it.

This is ultimately a great place with great deals. March 10th the store manager was very unprofessional and handling a situation with one of his employees. He did this while in front of customers and his tone was not appropriate towards her period she handled the situation very well. Now is a frequent shopper I didnt find that to be appropriate.

Being followed by an employee while being told t-minus so many minutes until we close. Ok, do you want me to spend money or not? If Im already in the store and have been told once when you close by the same employee, it makes one not want to return.

Cant beat their prices for tools. Even if they dont last for long, they are still worth buying. They also have many hard to find tools.

It is what it is. Cheap tools, good prices. The store is in mediocre shape. Theres a good chance youll be in line for awhile.

I have been to this store 4 times. It is very clean and well organized. The cashier Shelby is very knowledgeable and friendly.
