Very helpful staff. I wanted a pair of running shoes and they took the time to measure my foot in a special machine that tells if your foot rotates in our out. They also have a treadmill in the shop, so you can try on shoes and walk/run in them. I wear a 6.5 shoe, but in running shoes Im a 7.5. I would have bought the wrong size without the help of the salesmen. Speaking of salesmen, Hansons supports local and national racers and gives them a job. A lot of local charity races are sponcered by this local company too. Lastly, the shoes I got were not in my size in the store I went to. The salesman called another store and had them shipped to my store for free in 2 days! Excellent customer service

Outstanding customer service! My dad and I took back a pair of ripped-up running shoes that we bought about 3 months ago. We didnt have the purchased receipt. The manager (forgot to ask for his name) didnt give us any problem for that. He was very friendly and helpful in trying to fit me into a new pair of shoes. Because of my unique shoe size, he didnt have a new pair in stock for me. Instead, he asked me to try out a pair of new shoes that someone bought him. It fitted me perfectly. Guess what! He gave them to me for free. It was extremely kind of him. Ill remember his generosity every time Ill use those shoes.

Best running shop Ive been to! Great selection available along with extremely knowledgeable employees and even professional and ex-professional runners. They offer help for beginners and the advanced runners, including group runs and running workshops such as from shoes manufactures like Asics. Great place for any level of runner and walker!

Amazing quality service. John was super friendly and willing to help and answer all questions. They measured my feet specifically for arch and size and were able to accommodate for two different sized feet. Very satisfied with the service.
