I think its ridiculous that the store employees send famous footwear customers to old navy to use the restrooms. Time to get a public restroom; especially for kids that cant hold it.

Staff are dumber than a box of rocks. Tried to purchase 3 gift cards....she screwed up the purchase 3 times, then called the manager over....he screwed it up to! I mean seriously?

Best place too get shoes for hip teens and children and especially woman. I would recommend this store to lots of family and friends so that they would have great shoes.
