In reflection of shoe quality and variety. Service was adequate.. never will return to buy shoes, so uncomfortable!! Ive spent less on shoes and had better...so its not always what you spend.. always findo myself disappointed with payless though

We went there to get my husband some sandles or flip flops, they didnt have any there, but the lady that was helping us was amazing!! Super nice, very sweet, very helpful!
