Very nice employee here (there was only one at the time of my visits). However, I bought shoes here that were the stores "best seller" and they are awful. My feet constantly hurt and I have never had such large blisters from any other shoe. 3 weeks and they only felt worse over that time. Someone I work for kindly bought me tennis shoes elsewhere and my feet are so much happier than the $190 shoes I bought at Haig Shoes. The tennis shoes? They were more affordable and their value is so much greater. I thought more money would get me better shoes, but for me that was not the case. It is unfortunate that I will never go back to this shop because the employee there really did seem nice and like he wanted to help.

I am fairly young and I have all kinds of feet problems from Plantar Fasciitis, bone spurs, and Mortons Neuroma. Did I mention that I also have orthodics? Anyway, its really difficult to find comfortable and some what stylish shoes. If it were not for Haig Shoes, I am not sure what I would do. I need to go to a place like Haigs where they know what they are doing to help me get the right fit. Did I also mention that they are willing to order for you what they do not have in the store. Now that is real top notch service. Thanks.

I just started a job a few weeks ago where Im on my feet all day, and I was getting really worried because I would have severe pain in my feet and ankles that wouldnt go away. On top of this, I was recovering from an ankle injury. The sales person measured my foot, brought the shoes to me, and was VERY knowledgeable about the shoes (and even the ankle brace I was wearing!). He found me the right fit and we were probably there a total of 15 minutes. My feet feel 100% better, I am so pleased with the service I got at Haigs!

ripped me off completely I did not want the foam underneath the Birkenstock suede leather for the pair of londons i ordered I wanted a natural birkenstock sole shoe thats the whole point of a natural wicking suede sole bed and he said that I had to have known before hand which I had no way of knowing greedy bad customer service enjoy my money and you lost a repeated customer for life
