I work at a bridal store out in St.Clair Shores and Ive been constantly referring brides to stores like DSW, Payless, Davids for shoes because our store does not carry them. I was APPALLED when I went shopping for bridal shoes ALL day today with a friend and could not find elegant bridal shoes ANYWHERE!! The only options most stores have is a small selection of formal wear and there arent very many to choose from, even those small few!! I was getting very desperate until a young woman at a store at Great Lakes crossing referred me to THIS store! I called and spoke with Julia (hope I got her name right) and she was so sweet and asked me a few questions and reassured me that she had options! And they DID NOT disappoint! They even let me look around when I arrived so close to closing time! Which was so incredibly generous of those ladies! I asked for cards and I will be handing them out to our customers and brides and if any girls ask over the phone I know where to send them! Thank You so much again ladies!

I have to say, this store was a big disappointment. I have been going there almost my entire life, and even got my wedding shoes there. Then on the big day, the most important day of my life the shoes i spend such a long time looking forward to wearing, broke literally right before i was to walk down the aisle. After the wedding I returned the dyed shoes to the store for a refund...only to have them agree to hold on to the shoes while they consult a district manager. THEY LOST MY SHOES THEN ONLY AGREED TO ONLY SEND ME A NEW PAIR! Now, I am out $60 bucks because they were altered and dyed. Terrible customer service and I will never go there again. If there is an issue, be assured they will not be able to solve it and take no responsibility for it.

I actually liked this place. Interesting selection of shoes. I was waited on by a really nice woman. I bought a pair of dyeable shoes there (and had them dyed at LTS Shoes, and they look fabulous), and I would like to clarify that inside the box, the manufacturer states that the supplier and the company are NOT responsible for the quality of the shoe *after* dying and altering. So, to the woman who posted early, you are lucky you got a replacement at all. But you should always read the fine print, or else you may end up with a broken shoe on your wedding day. :-) It was probably a bad omen. I wonder if her marriage is going well.

This shoe store rocks! They have such a beautiful assortment of shoes. I guarantee you will find what you want and more. The staff ( Laura & Charlie) were so great. They were helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, friendly but professional too. My mother, sister, cousin and I had a blast. After lunch we went back for more. The prices are reasonable and they had a huge sale of the cutest styles. Thank you for such a great time. Hope to see you soon.

I loved it. Staff was great. I needed a Nine West pump in a 10 1/2, a size I didnt know was even made. They found it in another store and it was in my closet the next day. THANK YOU. Now I need it in all the colors.
