Ive been coming to this shoe store for over 30 years. The inside of the store hasnt changed much. Its very unpretentious. Whats great about it is the "no thrills" sort of feeling. They have a small selection of shoes in almost every size (I find their boys ages 5-10 size lacking), a few handbags, socks, accessories and not much more. You can literally get in, find what you need, and get out. Do they have as big a selection as DSW? No of course not, but theyve always have customers! Theres not a lot of big name brands but their selection is pretty decent none the less. Their sandles & spring & summer shoes tend to hold up quite well. Theyre also very good about returns. Save your box & receipt! Try to get there before traffic time because if youre heading East out of the store you might have trouble. The store is right on the corner & very close to the light. And dont worry about aggressive sales people because you wont find that at Payless.

Parking lot on a corner, this location is difficult to get in and out of during rush hour. The shoe selection for the average size 7 1/2 to 8 was slim picking. The associate was nice, however overly annoying checking with me every 2 minutes if I needed help. I was just over 6 months pregnant at the time, so Im sure she was worried or something, I dont mind help, just not being eyed like a vulture.

wonderful staff...so convenient to run in and pick up a pair of shoes without all the mall traffic. Easy to get in or out due to the 2 entrances off of both Rochester and Maple. Going there for back to school shoes for my kids for sure!
