Customer service is nonexistent here. They had my computer for 12 days!!!! before I finally went down there and asked them to give it back to me, since they were obviously not fixing it. I had called 5 times during those days and never once received a call back. They dont give you any price quotes, so you will have no idea how much money you will have to fork over.

I highly recommend Total Computer Support. Well worth the drive from the west side. They helped recover accidentally deleted files for under a hundred. Another quote from a separate company was in the seven hundred range. Many thanks for providing excellent work at an honest price.
