My husband and I heard about this store several months ago and finally were in the area and decided to check it out. We went in to "just look" around. Dean, the owner, was more knowledgeable than I could ever have imagined, even explaining that the store is a franchise. The store was well stocked with used, but in extremely good condition, Apple products, such as iPads, iMacs, MacBook Pros and more. Dean explained their trade-in program, which got me thinking about my Mac Mini that died a year ago. He showed us the MacBook Pro, which Ive had my eye on for several years to use for my business. Long story short, I took my Mac Mini in the next day, got a decent trade in price, and after a comprehensive tutorial, walked out with a MacBook Pro with great specs. I recommend this store if you need any of your Apple products repaired or if you want a used Mac computer but dont want to pay the high price for a brand new one.

Im a longtime mac user and have always enjoyed the support I got at the Genius Bar. They saved my @ss a number of times over the years. But, today when my mac crashed I found that the Genius Bar was schedule out almost a week out. So, I called Apple Support and they referred me to Experimac. That was 12:30 pm. By 3:30 my computer was working again. Amazing! Without getting too deep in the tech issues. Experimac seemed to know what my problem was over the phone. They had been seeing the type of problem (it looked like the OS could not be found on the drive.) Im not 100% sure that the Apple techs wouldve known to replace the data cable but Experimac had seen three macbooks just like it in the last couple days after a OSX update. So, now i can say Experimac saved my @ss.

Rude. Walked in, the two working employees were with other customers, which is fine, but we werent even welcomed or acknowledged. The laptops we wanted to check out were being looked at by someone else, so we waited around for a few. Still nobody spoke to us, or acknowledged our presence. We waited around about 10 minutes. There were two employees standing the back, talking to each other..... Upon leaving, someone finally said they would be with us, as we were half way into the parking lot. Its too bad. They seemed like they had decent prices, too bad they dont know a lot about customer service.

I took my phone in today to get the (very damaged) screen fixed. Nice place, very nice people. It was finished in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. I noticed later that a button on my phone wasnt working and took it back in. The guys were extremely nice, explained the possible issue with the new screen and took another look at it, no question. I had three children with me at the time so he told me to pull back up in about 30 minutes and he would bring the phone out! Thank you so much for all of your help today! 5 Stars!

This is truly an amazing store. They are by far the best place to buy, sell, trade or just get information on any Mac product. The owner and employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and frankly just great people. They took great care of my family and resolved several issues with our IPhones that other places had said were impossible to fix. Experimac took care of it in about an hour. I will never go to another store (Including the Apple Store) without talking to Experimac first. Dean, Dave and Brooklyn are the best.

I was devastated when I dropped my phone and saw that the screen was destroyed. As a business owner I need my phone for more reasons than I can count. They guys at Experimac got me in last minute, they were very friendly and professional, and you cant tell my phone was ever damaged. Sprint wanted a $200 deductible to fix my phone and Exoerimac did it for less than half that. Highly recommended!!!

Took a water damaged Mac Book Pro in today to have it professionally evaluated. Turns out the extent of damage was past the point of no return, however, I was completely satisfied with the level of service and expertise by Dean and his team. I would recommend them to any Apple user prior to investing thousands on a brand new machine - You wont be disappointed!

Good, honest place to get work done on your Mac. Had them replace an aging hard drive with a new SSD and general tune up. They got it back to me the same day and when I got home it was like I got a brand new computer. Happy with the results!

Five stars all the way. My daughter broke the screen to her I-phone and I sent her in to see Dean and his team. They jumped right on it and she was out the door in 30 minutes. HIGHLY recommend for any Apple needs. Thanks guys!
