IN DEFENSE OF MY COMMERCIAL REPUTATION I WANT TO RESPOND TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEW . ALL COMPUTER REPAIR TECHNICIANS IN THE WORLD CAN TELL YOU MICROSOFT OFFICE CANT BE SAVED IN A CLEANWIPE/OPERATING SYSTEM REINSTALL IT HAS TO EITHER BE RELOADED VIA DVD/CD AFTER CLEANWIPE AND OR REDOWNLOADED FROM THE INTERNET AND SHE WAS TOLD THAT FROM THE START. POPUPS HAVE NOTHING TO DO W./. A CLEANWIPE , THEY COME FROM UNWANTED INTERNET SURFING AND OR INTERNET DOWNLOADS LIKE MUSIC,PORN AND ONLINE GAMES AND JUNK/SPAM/ATTACHMENTS,OPENED. ALL THE SOFTWARE SHE WAS GIVEN WAS MANDATORY HER COMPUTER COULD NOT WORK WITHOUT IT LIKE ADOBE FLASH PLAYER, ADOBE ACROBAT READER, ADOBE SHOCK PLAYER AND JAVATIME AND TOP RATE LINUX OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE THAT ANYONE ELSE WOULD SALIVATE OVER LIKE DVD BURNING SOFTWARE,GIMP PHOTO EDITOR, FREE STUDIO YOUTUBE DOWNLOADER,VLC MEDIA PLAYER,REVO UNINSTALLER-FOR SOFTWARE REMOVAL! AND THE MANDATORY- AVAST VIRUS PROTECTION, ANYTHING SHE DID NOT WANT COULD EASILY BE DELETED EVEN W./. THE REVO UNISTALLER I GAVE HER. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE HER REPAIR, THIS IS HER 2ND BAD POSTING THE FIRST ONE WAS RETRACTED, NOW A YEAR LATER SHE POSTS ANOTHER ONE, SHE PROBABLY HAS 10,000 VIRUS BY NOW.

I really enjoyed working with Jay the "Virus God" and all the folks here at the mobile Computer repair! The service was friendly, fast, and efficient. I have taken many computers here now and they have done a great job! Most recently, I needed a clean wipe and fresh install of windows, and another computer had some hard drive and motherboard problems. They fixed all those problems and now my computers are running great. I will warn you that their office looks disorganized and could benefit from a deep clean but aside from that I would personally recommend them for computer repairs.

This service was terrible, every since I went to this shop my computer has had so many popups. I downloaded Microsoft office for school and they deleted the software that cost me over 100 dollars. There is tons of software that I dont need in my computer but yet I cannot get it off after telling this man that I dont need it. Here I am again getting ready to take my computer to the geek squad cause they have done nothing but cause more problems. dont do it

Jay does what he says. I had my computer tower wiped out because of malware. He saved my data, pictures and put new software better than my old soft ware back on. All with in 24 hours. I have had no problems with anything for 3 years. Also have recomended 3 friends over last 3 years also to have work done they were all pleased with results. LK
