Service department is fraudulent. They claimed I needed an entirely new transmission at the cost of ~ $9,000. Ive got a 6 speed auto and for an entire week they argued I had a CVT. Could not tell me what was wrong with the transmission and that it was "non-serviceable" because it was a CVT (Its not.) They attempted to process this with my extended warranty who would not cover the full cost. They did repair my suspension which was responsible for some of the jerkiness they believed related to the transmission. Ive since drive about 10k miles with ZERO transmission issues. I took my car to another Mitsu dealer who said Moran is nuts theres nothing to indicate a transmission problem. I also attempted to contact the service manager on multiple occasions regarding this and got no reply. He out of office, "at a baseball game, and never returned my multiple phone calls.

Parts department was able to look up several random components for my eclipse quickly and for better prices than I expected. The following is my response to previous reviews: Steep prices do not make terrible dealer service. When buying used parts, you run the risk of the part not working. When you take a vehicle to any shop, you pay for the parts cost and labor cost for time spent working on your vehicle. If something takes a long time, expect to pay more. I estimate 100$/hr whenever I take mine in. If you cannot afford to pay for a certified mechanics time and premium dealer part prices, you should probably buy parts online do the work yourself. Thats what I do.

I actually loved my experience with this dealership which was held on the grounds of Michigan First Credit Union ( Evergreen Branch). My sales representative she was the greatest!! That was a long day for me after working a midnight job, by lunchtime I was starving!! One of the staff walked over to me and offered to share his lunch, of course I said yes!!! I met Mr. Tom Moran how cool is that!! After 2.5 years of walking and getting the bus I was looking for a use car, but to God be the glory I drove off the lot with a brand new 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage that I absolutely love :-)

Service department needs to be shut down. Went in to see what was wrong with my idling. I was informed that my timing had jumped. Okay got it fixed. 300 miles later, engine blows on the road. I was told they are not at fault. Wtf. No reply also when calling service Manager. Gives you the run a round. When getting my car towed out of there, service looked lost looking for the battery capacity. 2k out of my pockets for this bs. This place needs to be on the hall of shame or shut down period.

This Dealership Should Be Avoided!! They lie right to your face(When I called them to book for an appointment for my eclipse service, They said they are open on Nov 24 which is Thanks Giving in high voice...and they gave time slot. I cross checked whether they are really open )... and have a horrible service department/Sales department. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!... I havent seen such a worst response for your calls from Sales/Service department any where.

Buying a car is a big deal and things are not always going to be 100% right but the people at the dealership were there to help all of the time. No communication break ups and good negotiations. Both the salesperson and the finance manager did a great job at explaining things and getting me what I wanted without price exagerations. Not sure why the bad reviews but I would certainly give them a try.

Moran Mitsubishi has a great inventory of Lancers, Mirages, Outlanders and Outlander Sports. I have been buying cars here since 1993 as well as service. Moran always has the part I need for my Lancer Ralliart 2.0 Turbo. I have ordered accessories at very reasonable prices and had them within 48 hours. Im leasing an outlander sport and I must say I absolutely love it. At first I was a little stand offish on going foreign but after analyzing and going for what I needed in a new vehicle. Im happy!!! My sales guy Johnny Wright was amazing and made sure I was happy with everything. He was helpful and didnt sugar coat anything. Lol.....overall great experience!!!!

I set an appointment at 1 and arrived as expected only to be told to wait an hour plus and someone will be with me because they are having their Christmas party. Why didnt you just schedule me an hour later if there was a party? No instead I had to wait 3 hours in their cramped lobby. Wont be coming back here. Was also over charged on service and parts too

I went in with no appointment and they looked right at it no waiting and was able to set an appointment to best fit my schedule. After taking it back in they gave me an estimate of how much but it was less. They didnt have to do as much as they thought. They could have said they did and I wouldnt have known the difference. Less money spent than I thought.

The staff was very polite and courteous. They helped us and explained the process over and over for us to understand. They also gave us time to decide and didnt pressure us on the buy.
