my childs script for antibiotics did not get filled, and when i went there to pick up the script the evening of my wedding anniversary on the way home from dinner out, i was met by a very young pharmacist who could not explain why the drug was not ordered as promised and the script filled. which would have been bad enough, but when i asked her for some accounting as to why not, the woman in line behind me decided to get into the conversation quite aggressively and rudely. i asked the 2 staff at the pharmacy to call security or a manager, which they didnt. i then then threatened to call police if the woman did not back off. the pharmacist skipped me and my son at that time, filled the crazy womans script and took a phone call from her as she was leaving the store where they talked and laughed about me. im still waiting for the antibiotic. which they dont have in stock, and could not find another rite aid in a 10 mile radius to fill. finally, i ask the pharmacist to call other pharmacies in south lyon to transfer the script to them. she does get walgreens ( thank you walgreens) in town to fill the scipt. when i ask her who her manager is, she states that she is the managing pharmacist at that store. when asked for the information for her supervisor, she reluctantly gives me a womans name and number. i call this number the next day to follow up on the lousy service, and i find out that she gave me some bogus information. no supervisor at all. Dont go to this pharmacy if you see this woman working there that day-- she need some skills at how to handle things when she makes a mistake-- not how to escalate a situation and frustrate, make fun of, and lie to a customer.

Your pharmacist suck and dont know anything. When you ask a pharmacist about cold medicine your response shouldnt be " oh thats a question for him" then walks away. Then when "him" comes to finally talk to you it would be helpful if they didnt point and say the one in the Orange box over there. After falsely saying most cold medicine didnt have acetaminophen. Thanks for solidifying my faith in Walgreens. That is all
