The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy staff have consistently messed up orders, not had auto-refilled meds available at the designated time or did not even have them in stock (whats the purpose of Auto-Refill if nothing is automatically refilled???). They have sent me to a different Walgreens pharmacy to pick up meds they should have had in stock, only for them not to be ready at the second Walgreens, who had not received a phone call or my prescription information and had no clue I was sent there. Meds are often not in stock or ready at the designated time of pick up. The few times I have gone to them for questions about over the counter medications, the pharmacy tech was unable to provide an answer. I will continue to shop at this Walgreens, but after many years of disappointments, I am completely done with the pharmacy.

This Walgreens is the finest I have been with regard to its cleanliness, prompt pharmacy service, assistance from associates, and ordering special products. I have been to many stores in other cities and switched to competitors because of the lack of quality. I moved to Ypsilanti and was reluctant to go to Walgreens, however, my doctor sent my prescription here and I couldnt be more satisfied! Thanks

The worst experience Ive ever had attempting to get prescriptions filled. They have essentially half a person working in the pharmacy and take as long as possible to do even the most menial of tasks. Im done. Dont send your prescriptions here. They wont be ready on time, if at all.

I think this location is great. They always have what i need and if not will order and call me when it arrives. Very cheerful and willing to help. Management is receptive to complaints, willing to rectify issues on the customers behalf.

The pharmacy is always super slow and especially the drive through. I waited almost an hour in the drive through. There were only two cars ahead of me. However they almost always have my prescription I need, unlike CVS on Michigan Ave.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru . Hit the call button still no answer. I vote that is Walgreens is the worst that I have been to and 11:39 in the morning. I wonder if I came at 6 how long i would wait

Theyre close to where I live and have better customer service than the location on Washtenaw. However, a couple of the daytime pharmacists are rude and make me feel stupid when I know my familys medications.

Terrible service at this pharmacy. The techs are disrespectful, rude, and slow. By far the worst pharmacy in America. They made me wait 45 minute to drop a prescription off.
