The pharmacy is really painful to deal with. Everyone is polite and nice, but their processes are confusing and inefficient. Repeatedly, they did not verify insurance (or even ask for it!) before filling an RX resulting in severe billing problems for me. I tried twice to update insurance over the phone but got no where. When I went to the store to update it, I had to stand in 3 lines to do so. They left me a message saying my RX was ready, but when I showed up, they said only one was ready and I had to wait 3 hours for my other one to be ready. The missing RX is a fairly rare drug that always has to be ordered. It has distinctive packaging and I could actually see another pharmacist packaging it from where I was standing. I have to make time to go back and stand in line. Again. Super inconvenient.

My son was sick and saw his doctor yesterday evening. My family Doctor called in because he is confirmed Pneumonia lately from the X-ray. My Doctor called us on 8:30pm to pick up the medication for my son at this Pharmacy. I arrived at 8:50pm and they didnt fill out the medication because they want to go home on 9pm. I will ask my Doctor not to send any Rx to this location ever.

This pharmacy is a joke. I have never experienced such mistreatment trying to fill a prescription before. Also, when they say a half hour wait they mean well over an hour. After my experience here today I will definitely go elsewhere in the future.
