No cares to give! Consistently prescriptions cant be processed because they are out of stock. Head pharmacist promises she is going to order it and then weeks go by, yes I said WEEKS go by and she never followed up WITH ANYONE. Prescription still cant be filled. Most times it requires MULTIPLE trips to pick up a prescription! Its ridiculous! More than once its taken almost an entire month to get a prescription filled that I have been having filled at winder CVS monthly for more than two years. You would think they could atleast fill monthly prescriptions for repeat customers but thats not the case. Their system for notifying you that scripts are ready is delayed by days even if it does make the call or text. Not a person in that pharmacy from the techs to the pharmacist give two craps about their job performance or the service they provide, other wise it wouldnt continue to happen time and time again. The worst happened recently, I was hit by a car at a stop sign spent the day in the emergency room. My husband and I dropped the prescriptions off at the Winder CVS at 445 Sunday, they said it would be an hour we explain the situation and how badly the two prescriptions were needed to manage pain and be able to breathe since I had bruised my heart Along with the entire left side of my chest from my seatbelt holding me in. We asked can we wait? Can it be done sooner because medications from hospital were wearing off and I was finding it extremely painful to breathe... the tech without empathy repeated herself, " it will be done in an hour we will call you when its done! " well guess what.. The call never came and the tech failed to mention they were closing in one hour as well, even though online it says they are open. We got back down there at 6:09 and they were closed for the night. I was in so much pain and having difficulty breathing that we almost called ambulance services however we continued back to the emergency room so that I would be able to breathe through the night until Winder CVS opened at 8 AM. When I called in the AM to ensure the prescription was ready I was informed it had been done at 5:30. Under the circumstances and communication we had with them while dropping off both scripts someone shouldve made sure the call went thru for pick up or that the prescription was picked up before they closed, however, they could care less! Go somewhere else their location is the lowest quality service of any pharmacy nationwide, hands down, I guarantee it!!! Its always the worst waits and experience at the Winder location Ive ever had in 20 years of using CVS. All they offer there are excuses. Their 2.6 rating is putting it nicely!!!

Pharmacy is horrible. Promised a medication would be there the next day. I was promised 5 times it would be there the next day. After the 5th time I picked up my prescription and took it to Publix. Publix had it the next day as promised! Instead of promising without checking. They should have called to see what the hold up was. It seemed like they didnt want to be bothered. Even though twice when I was in the store checking on it. They had 6 people behind the counter. Some were working on scripts. A few were standing around talking. Publix and Walmart pharmacy have better service.

Incompetent. Unable to use their own systems to process a prescription. Medications not ready when they say they will be. Supposed to call physician and have medications ready, days later still no prescription and no contact from pharmacy Taking my business across the street. At least they get them right.

Came in 8ish or 9ish in the morning and there was NOONE anywhere in the store. I hung around for maybe 5 min to see if someone would come along to help me at the register but nobody ever did. Went to Walgreens across the street.

Just called and spoke with a guy named Jonathon, and he hung up on me twice, and then when he finally let me talk he had a attitude with me. Will never shop here again
