First of all, I didnt purchase a vehicle from Victory Motors,however my son did. I wasnt in the decision making process. Im going to be fair my son agreed to the terms of purchase of an automobile. And,yes it is a binding contract. However,once i saw the price of the vehicle, i felt he got taken to the cleaners. I went to bat for my son and came in to speak with his salesperson Jesse and said he took advantage of my son. This was the first time my son purchased a vehicle in his life.I told this Jesse,had i known he was going to buy a vehicle from here Ive wouldve said no. Years ago i went to this dealership for a promotion and it was nothing but a scam. So,i already have bad vibes about this place. Had,Id been there he wouldve not paid the price he was charged. This Jesse also sold him a extended warranty that is overpriced ! This Jesse says its noncancellable,however the underwriting company says its cancellable.This warranty dictates where u can take u vehicle to for repairs. Its like a health insurance ppo. If u go to network repair facilities u pay less and if u go outside the network u pay more. Also,re if ur vehicle u have to have the repair facility call the warranty company. Summing it all up if u go to Victory motors dont deal with Jesse hell rob u blind! My opinion, i personally feel u should go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. Sincerely,Jerry Diem.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle this place is NOT the place to buy it. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger 1yr ago this month, I have tried contacting the sales person (Jesse) multiple times and he seem to never be able to be reach, this was months ago. My Charger apparently was a Canadian vehicle all factory warranties on it are voided, Victory Motor didnt disclose this to me at all, (Jesse) keep speaking on the factory warranty cause the car was so new if anything went wrong. I currently am having a head gasket problem and Chrysler is not helping for any reason due to the vehicle being Canadian. This is awful and dishonest that a dealership will do this and then dont even return your call and acknowledge their mistake and try to help....STAY AWAY FROM VICTORY MOTORS, ON MAIN STREET IN ROYAL OAK, MI.

Horrible experience, dishonest people, did and said what ever to get me to purchase...didnt tell me that my car came from Canada, the Kilometers was changed to miles and they didnt know...Yeah right!!!!!.....A car with 65,000 miles only having a year and the dealer want accept the factory warranty...Victory Motors new this and should have informed me...but Jesse wanted to sell a car....not help a person get into a dependable car....this car came back to this shop multiple times with issues...even the second day I purchased it...water pump....Jesse respond was " we helped you once to make up for not telling you the car came from Canada, we cant fix everything that goes wrong"....my respond...how about being honest about everything from the beginning....RUN FAST AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....!!!!!!!!!!

Back on June 10, 2016 I was driving south on N Main St and drove into Victory Motors just to speak to them about a cargo van that I was interested in and had plans for. As Jesse and I spoke and I explained what was going on with my vehicle at the time which was a 2005 Ford Taurus, Jesse suggested some vehicles to look at on the lot. I was not planning on getting a car, nor did I believe I would be able to even get approved for one. Jesse took the chance on me and to my surprise I was approved for a 2012 Ford Focus. To this day I stop by and visit my now friends and would recommend anyone to come in and give them a chance. You wont be disappointed!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I needed to get out of my leased vehicle and decided I wanted to buy this time. I pass Victory Motors on my way to work and decided to stop in; Im glad I did. The staff was so helpful! I told them how much I wanted to pay and was able to pick the car of my choice. Low mileage, very clean and approved within minutes. I wish everything could be that easy! I suggest you check them out if you are looking for quality product and service! I had an amazing experience. I spoke with Jesse Saturday explaining to him my situation of having a child with Autism and my time being limited I wanted to get as much done as possible over the phone and Jesse took care of that for me. I received a call from Natalie Monday morning arrived Monday evening to finalize with Natalie and drove off happily. They were great with getting me into something that was not only affordable but what I liked and needed. Great job guys

Purchasing a quality used car is a bit stressful! But dealing with the staff at victory motors was a great experience. They were very trustworthy and honest with me about the vehicle, my payments, and the price! I couldnt be more thankful! Im happy that there are honest car dealers left out there! I came into Victory Motors thinking my credit was too bad to get a decent vehicle. The sales people here were so understanding and helpful.. I drove home in a like new car!.. I came back for a second car and they treated me like family..they remember their customers names and are still very professional. It doesnt take all day and the variety of vehicles is awesome!..Ill never buy another vehicle anywhere else!

I came in going through an entire bankruptcy and it hasnt even been discharged. They made a couple of phone calls, and were able to get me out in about 2 hours! Guys were helpful, and I felt like they werent just making a sale, they got me in a dope car for the same amount as my discharging car! If your going through bankruptcy, give them a call even if it hasnt discharged!
