I T. Richardson bought a F150 Truck certified pre-owned vehicle from Jorgensen Ford. Upon delivery the radio was not working. It took me three trips to service department before a new factory installed radio was put in. The service department was very courteous as was the sells consultant. I wished they would have acted quicker and put a new radio in, the second time I brought the vehicle in for the radio. I appreciate the two rental vehicle that I was put in on different occasions with no charges. I was getting frustrated because my job requires field work and I was just coming off vacation from my job and I needed a dependable vehicle, not knowing I would be running back and forth about a radio. I was late for work three times and had to use my personal business time, which was cool, but the bottom line was the radio should have been replaced the day after I drove the car off the lot with it not working, and I was told to bring it back the next day, but Jorgensen Ford elected to try and fix the radio, instead of during what I felt was the right thing to do, which was to immediately installed a new radio. I had a rental for seven days when I got a call saying my truck was ready and the radio programs had to be reset. The radio worked for a day and a half. It was somewhat inconveincing me. However I am happy that a new radio was finally was put in. and now for about a couple of weeks since the new installation, every thing seems to be fine. I was little disappointed in the managers at Jorgensen Ford, because he stated he was not aware that I had made that many trips to the service department about the same problem, which I find that hard to believe. The vehicle otherwise appears to be in great condition with no further issues.

The body shop employees were not very professional. After paying over $10,000.00 I would expect to be updated on the status of my vehicle periodically and that when I call I expect to get a return call. I dont expect for a secretary to tell me that "I dont care what you were told, thats not how it is!" I expected that with my vehicle being in an accident that the vehicle would have been checked out bumper to bumper that was not the case. I wouldnt expect my vehicle to stop working a couple of hours after getting it back. I had 3/4 of s tank of gas, when I received my truck back it was less than a 1/4 full? Thats not right. I think it was pathetic that the owner, who it was explained what the situation was, made no effort to call back after he said he would call back. It took the person from the used car area to help us out. He took care of the situation and got back with us as he said he would. I think the service has gone down . My family has bought numerous vehicles from Jorgensen, never had a problem with some of the previous employees. They listened, they were personable. They were helpful. I work with the public, I have for many years, the key point is to listen carefully, make sure to keep them happy, and the customer is always right. When you have a good experience you tell your friends, when you have a bad experience you tell your friends. I will be calling Ford motor company to let them know of my experience. However, Ive never had a bad experience with my sales person, he was very helpful, but I dont know if Ill be back. Which Im sure you could care less.

Doing my most recent experience, she assisted me in what initially was a very stressful situation ( the external causes of why I sought your services ) into one that was smooth. Furthermore, Roberts can do and make it happen service made what was a VERY frustrating prior service experience (not at Jorgensen ) into one that makes me a repeat customer at your dealership. However, because of Ms. Harris thoroughness in assisting me, managing my expectations and then EXCEEDING those expectations-- the situation became manageable--and Im more than satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. Ms. Harris ,Mr. Warren and Robert represented your team greatly and they are the reason why Jorgensen Ford will be THE ONLY dealer that gets my business. I leased a 2017 Ford Fusion from the car Sales Gentleman Moe CATFISH Baydoun. Where Do I need to start. From entering the car Dealership we met CATFISH. He had a huge smile on his face, very professional and friendly and down to earth. He welcomed us and we started the car lease experience. Let me say CATFISH met our expectations and beyond. I have never heard before that leasing a car was a wonderful experience. Let me be the first to say that leasing a car from CATFISH at Jorgensen Ford was a wonderful experience, all thanks to CATFISH. They are lucky to have him at Jorgensen Ford. Hi there, I just wanted to post up a quick review for those guys that are looking to buy or lease a car. Im a new driver and I had been looking for car deals for a while before I purchased my Ford Fusion. I can truly say that I cant have picked a better car and it was all thanks to Mohamad "Catfish" Baidoun. The whole staff was warm and welcoming, but Catfish is just great at what he does and I appreciate his professionalism. He recommenced the best vehicles for me to choose from and explained which one would be the better deal. He actually took his time to walk me out to the vehicle of my choice and explained the benefits of the Fusion in particular. All I can say it that Ive very pleased with my purchase. I got a great deal on it with no down payments, its great on gas, luxurious, and very efficient. Catfish truly steers you in the right direction when making a purchase insuring that its to your liking and most beneficial for you. THANKS CATFISH!!!!
