As a business owner, it is very important to me to ensure that we are doing everything we can to represent our company in the best way possible. This is extremely challenging when you believe that you can please everyone especially in the used car business. We have over 95 percent satisfaction from our customers, and the 5 percent that are unhappy, trust me we have tried over and over to please and work with those customers. For example, if you look at our reviews, you will see a poster that repeatedly slams us on the internet, the young lady purchased an expedition (Amanda)from us over a year ago ( purchased AS IS), and over 5 months later she says that the vehicle needed a new Motor and wanted us to pay for it. Another more recent one, the lady and her husband (Joanna) purchased an f150 from us last June again AS IS, and in this case we helped them with over $2000.00 in repairs and maintainance since then, but unfortunately thats not good enough. So it seems like the more you try and help, the more you are expected to do and the less whatever you do is appreciated. I sympathize with any issues that anyone has with the vehicles that were purchased from us, and if were ever a customer of ours , you DO KNOW that we go out if our way to help and make sure that all of our customers are happy with their vehicles. Unfortunately we cannot make everyone happy, and at the end of the day, the customer purchased a used vehicle and we do not have a crystal ball that tells us what will go wrong with vehicles that we sell. I appreciate all of our customers, and our goal is definitely to male all customers happy. Thank you TS

If you are looking for a good car DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I had car problems since day one , they told me that it will be taking care of but they lied to me, after a whole month of going back and forth they never got my car fixed, plus they were very rude at the end, ignoring my phone calls , they only answered my phone calls when I called in private. I had to pay a mechanic more than $800.00 to fix a car that I only drove a couple of times for a whole month. They just want your money. I would never recommend anyone to this dealer. Do yourself a favor and avoid being ripped off and the headaches.

A few months back I purchased a Jeep Liberty from Tim. Service was very good and they were very honest and upfront with me. They gave me a warranty on the car than came in very handy last month. Something went wrong with one of the drive axles (I realized I bought a used car not a new one). I forgot about the warranty, then after looking thru my paper work I realized I had a warranty that actually worked, saves me a ton of money.... I realize I appreciated my experience even more after my car is fixed and Im very happy. My mom just bought a car from em and she loves it too.

Purchased car 1 year ago and was told it was clean and never in an accident. 1 year later we have 4000 in repairs, found out car was painted and rear bumper was replaced at one point and window was shatter because we found broken glass in the rear. To top issues off I requested wheel bearing in rear left to be replaced before purchase and now one year later Im replacing same wheel bearing so I am guessing it was never done. Been stranded 5 times on side of road with my family with this car. Would not recomend them at all.

Great experience! I have been looking around for a new car for awhile that would fit my budget and my life style. I was searching for an SUV but as those can be pricey, I came here in hopes to find something reasonable and I did! I got a Jeep Liberty from them and so far so good! The entire process did not take long either, and the seller was very helpful with everything! I got a great loan through them with low interest and a reasonable monthly payment. I would recommend them!

STAY AWAY! I purchased a truck, and was told that the truck was "looked over by their mechanic" and the truck broke down the very next day, and had to pay a $500.00 repair plus towing. I would use caution buying from Redline.

Worst experience of my life.. please do your research before you buy! They seem nice but i swear its all a ploy! Go on yelp and read the reviews there. They have ppl make up reviews lol such a shame.
