I have no luck buying used cars. The vehicles seem to be the best part.. sales people seem to consistently garner more suspicion than trust. Sales folk make daily decisions that impact consumer lives...regardless they employ everything from bold face lying to underhanded co-worker tactics and it follows me from lot to lot. Last week I called Mathews Jeep and Kyle Ralston answered the phone. When I met him I did so with the same anticipation and expectation and caution. I have now learned that buying a car isnt really about the automobile. Its about people...its always about people. Kyle Ralston sold me a car because he proved in 30 minutes he cared about himself and his family...he knows that to succeed in a community-based trade he must be above nonsense and treachery. Kyle represents the "good" in car sales. Go there and find the guy with integrity exposed in his voice and actions. Hell standout. Kyle Ralston sets a standard of sales ownership and I believe with each sale he moves the bar up a little higher. If you are looking for fairness and professional etiquette then go see Kyle...if your not.... then go everywhere else.

I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Mathews Auto Group in Marion. My previous experience with purchasing cars does not even begin to compare with the sales process and customer service I received at Mathews. I inquired through the web since they had the exact color, trim and features I was looking for in my Grand Cherokee. From the moment they contacted me, the sales group (Shawn and Greg) to the finance director (Michael) and the GM (Tom) were a pleasure to deal with throughout the buying process. Every person I dealt with at the dealership went above and beyond to earn my business by providing me with all of the information I requested and explaining everything thoroughly until I felt comfortable with the agreed upon final numbers. Once purchased, Greg spent a great amount of time with me reviewing all of my Jeep features and helping me set up the advanced technology package connections. I would highly recommend this entire team to anyone looking for a Jeep (or Dodge or Chrysler). Top notch experience for this Jeep girl. I understand that a customer is a customer, but if a dealership is working a deal on a 37k truck and you are waiting for them for a week to send you the paperwork.Behind your back they sell the truck and send you a text message."sorry we sold the truck" Money is money but have some dignity, they did not offer to take a deposit. They did not want to take a wire transfer. Just like that they blew me off and said "sorry" I hope other people dont experience the same that I did.I spoke with the assist. GM and his policy is "sorry it doesnt matter I had a sale" good luck

We have bought two cars from here. We have worked with mostly Chris but Ashton as well and EVERYONE is so friendly and helpful. Even when I initially went in for our 2nd vehicle alone, they didnt push me or treat me different as a lady than I saw them with any guy that walked in. They were REALLY flexible with my hubs work schedule, and purchasing (and FINANCING despite rough credit!!!!!!!) our "new" Jeep was super easy and fast. Its a great clean vehicle that they made sure we could afford. You dont get great customer service like this at many locations.

I purchased a 2014 Town and Country. Greg was my salesman and he did an excellent job. He was not pushy and was extremely knowledgeable about the Town and Country. He made sure to go over all of the options and features on the van before and after I purchased. They ripped me off it seems...... bought 07 Jeep Compass from them last Saturday and today being Thursday the check engine light is on. And to think I wld of went back to them in the spring see is how my middle boy will have his license in March. Will NEVER go there again. Lied straight to my face.
