Service is always good but i hate there business practice. You can buy games, consoles or accessories and you can sell items as well. There formula in determining sale value is poor. I understand im not going to get what i paid for an item but in some cases after spending $60 for a game and returning it in a couple months 50 cents doesnt seem to cut it. Then you return and see the same game being sold as used for $30. Again i understand business, margins, profits and supply & demand so i get it. Its still disappointing. With that said you can sign up for there club to get a few dollars off game purchases. For big game launches you can preorder and attend prelaunch gatherings.

Very helpful and friendly staff! When I went in last night, the store was very busy, but an employee was very quick to help me out. They ended up not having what I was looking for (it had sold out earlier that evening), but he called other stores in the area for me, finding my item and having them hold it. I was really impressed with how genuinely nice and helpful that particular employee was. Will definitely be returning to this location next time I need to go to GameStop! :)

Never had a problem here. Just might be the best GameStop in the county. I am frequently there and its only been a few times where they were out of something. They know how to treat their customers and make sure that youre informed about events around your pre-order.

truley a big disapointment when gamestop is ran buy douchbags, i received spit on a game with mucus and i went here a month ago too sell a 360 and they told me 10$ or try a pawnshop ridiculousness....
