Went into store located in Richmond, MI on 7/19/2016 @ 1:25 pm to purchase 2 screen protectors for my iPhone and my GFs iPhone. The lady asked me for my Name, email address, and phone number. I told her I was not a "Sprint" customer and all I wanted was to buy the screen protectors. I was informed that she couldnt sell me the screen protectors unless I had an account there, "incase something went wrong with them" and I needed to give her my info to create an account. That seemed a bit ridiculous to me, so I went elsewhere. I can understand retailers wanting to stay in touch with there customers but realllllyyyyyy.... Just wanted to buy something.

Ive been with sprint for too many years to count, and I have never had an experience with anyone connected to sprint like I have with Sal. Sal works at the Richmond sprint store on Gratiot. Sal is always happy to help with any issue I might have. No matter how big or small. He does it with a smile. Sal is honest with me and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. I may go in or call frustrated, but I always leave or hang up feeling good. Sal is a unique person! And sprint is lucky to have him. And I am truly blessed to have meet this amazing person. The richmond sprint store is my store and Sal is my go to guy. Thank you Sal!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Big joke! They took there time and gave us the run around after ordering a phone through them!! Then we we received the phone they misplaced our phone we turned into them and we were charged $447.53 !!!! They never do as they say, lack responsibility, and are very ignorant! They are not a corporate store! Go to the corporate sprint store so you do not waste any of your time! Please!!

Had a fantastic experience at this store. Just came in to look at some of the newer phones and walked out with a new phone, an upgraded plan, and Im paying less than I ever thought I would for what I got. The staff here are excellent. Max walked me through everything and was willing to answer any question I had with a smile. Highly recommend this Richmond location.

Wow! I was really upset with sprint and their service and I was thinking about switching to Verizon. I went in and talked to a rep named Max C. He was super friendly and knew what he was talking about. He made me feel better about sticking with Sprint. Thanks Max.

Highly recommend going to see Max at this store. He showed me how I was paying too much with ATT and got me into a new iPhone 7 with $0 down through Sprint. He was a great personality and I will definitely be going through him in the future!

I just left Sprint pcs in Richmond and Maria was so amazing and helpful. She made my upgrade so convenient and quick. I highly suggest everyone go see her or any of the new staff there. I love my new smartphone and the staff there.
