We go to this Kroger all of the time, its a decent store and they have what we need. My favorite part about this store since, since the click list has started, is how the aisles are constantly clogged with new employees pushing huge carts around not paying attention to customers. I love how I have to move out of the way while employees blindly walk around with no regard for others. The other awesome thing about some of the employees is how they stand in the middle of a main aisles talking and laughing in small groups of three or more while customers have to take turns squeezing by them one cart at a time. Also, dont forget to step aside for the many young managers that are constantly strutting around acting super important and walking next to each other in a sort of moving, human wall. I almost forgot the state of the art self scan check outs; scan an item, put it in the bag, take it back out because the machine told you too, scan it again, bag it, repeat several times. These modern marvels have really streamlined the checkout process. I have some simple advice for the store management to take and to train their employees to do: cater to the customer. Let them go in front of you, dont inconvenience them, be polite, dont clog up the aisles for social hour while customers have to take turns squeezing by you.....these are just a few suggestions and management should feel free to expand on them while sticking with a similar theme; be helpful or get out of the way. All of the above aside, I actually dont mind the store. As I said, they always have what we need and its reasonably priced. This is also the closest store to us and they are always open. There are many good employees there that are polite, helpful and mindful of others. It just seems that recently, this place stopped training new employees and its going downhill quick.

I will always have fond memories of shopping at Krogers. My two favorite grocery items back in the 80s were Superman Peanut Butter and the hot dog buns that were shaped in a U formation. I remember back in the 80s I would sit in the break room with my mother because her husband was an employee. I used to drink coffee with my mother in the break room. It was good times.

Like shopping here mainly because of convenience. Dont like the new layout of bread. Dont think produce is maintained as well as it could be. I absolutely LOVE their flowers and their meat. Like the self check. Very friendly cashiers and staff. Always clean. But spend too much money in this store. Im always flabbergasted. When I check out.=-O

Ugh! I am so tired of going to the Richmond Kroger and finding the shelves empty and no product to replenish from the storage. Who does the ordering for this store? Who ever you are, Double it, maybe then I can shop at this store again. Time to go shop somewhere else. Good bye.

The best Kroger anywhere. Maybe its because its in a small town. Im not sure. Every time I go to this store the staff are very friendly. I love it. I wish more companies had this level of customer service. Im willing to pay more if I have a pleasant experience.

Ive never been here but my best friends sisters boyfriends brothers girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid whos going with the girl who saw a bunch of bugs on all the produce last night. Black Widow spiders, four of them. I guess its pretty serious.

The ladies at the customer service desk stink their slow as anything and I just returned 14.60 she gives me 9.50 didnt realize till I was 10miles away they dont pay attention from now on Ill double check every time pisses me Im not made of money

The first thing you will smell upon entering is fermented nasty booze/cola smells because the machines are right in front. Bathrooms are nasty, produce tends to be smelly for some reason too. Some of it obviously bad yet no employee notices.

Always crowded and hard to find a parking spot.... Too small of a store to get certain items... This is a rural area, why dont they even carry shredded farmers cheese? Lots of familys cook from scratch out here...

Their employees are are under payed. They rather spend the business profits on management bonuses and remodeling the building; which just confuses the customers. Reminds me of Walmart

Its pretty clean but the staff is not very friendly. I have been shopping here for a steady 5 years. Shelves/stock usually bare on Mondays. Need to re-evaluate how much they order!
