Where to start? Ive had norhing but problems from this store. The 2 times i came in to the store when upgrading or when i added a new line i was asked if i wanted to keep my current plan that I am on and I told them yes I am on the unlimited data plan which I am grandfathered in and dont want to lose that. Both times that came into the store even after asking if I wanted to keep my plan they never move my plan over and I lost my unlimited data so 2 times now Ive had to call the retention department to get everything squared away. I was also instructed I wouldnt lose my BOGO deal that I had set up with the Samsung phones and unfortunately they arent making the note anymore and I told them I didnt want to lose my BOGO deal if I was to come in and get a different Samsung phone however when I called AT&T as well they said the BOGO deal was removed I dont understand how hard it is for people to just do their job correctly. If it wasnt for being locked into a payment plan i would be switching carriers. Also i was told there wasnt a 7.99 insurance plan by john which ended up being a lie. Make sure when you purchase a phone here to verify with 611 or online that the package and etc you choose is accurate.

DO NOT GO HERE! The staff here will leave you waiting for hours. Let me repeat, THE STAFF WILL LEAVE YOU WAITING AROUND FOR HOURS. And believe me I am a reasonable person and never leave bad reviews for businesses. However this business was the exception. The customer service here was very poor. I had only wanted to talk to a service representative for a minute about a simple question I had. However they decided to put me on a waiting list and I had to wait for over an hour and a half to be seen!! And I was only the THIRD person on the list. Also it probably took longer for them to sign me in to their "fancy" high tech computer system then it did to help me with my problem. The staff seemed as if they didnt care that they left me waiting so long. They were moving very slowly and did were taking their sweet time before they would see me. I felt like I was at a doctors office, it was absurd. I ended up going across the street to the Best Buy mobile and was helped in a couple minutes. THIS STORE SUCKS, plain and simple.

Busted my phones screen recently, went in to find out if I was eligible for an upgrade and to see what I would get if I filed a claim since I had insurance. There must have been 8 employees there, it was a Saturday, and I was greeted before the door could even close behind me by Jason. He was very friendly, very patient, and didnt try to ram product down my throat. He told me my options and what to expect when filing a claim. After a discussion I left the store only to come back in 5 minutes later. Again, knowing I probably wasnt going to swing for the upgrade he stilled answered a few more questions I had. I assume they work on some kind of commission but you would never have known by talking to him. Very patient and helpful. Ive been to this store a few times in the last 2 years and can say that its been the best AT&T location Ive used thus far. Thanks guys, especially Jason.

Useless. Took my Samsung phone in because its been crashing and lagging terribly since the Android 7 update. They didnt even ask to look at it. "Sorry, nothing we can do." I said, "What about reverting to Android 6?" "We dont do that." I said I found videos online about how to do it so I know it can and he just repeated himself and then said I could try Samsung warranty. But its not Samsung thats causing the problem! Its the OS! So what am I paying all this money for every month?? Why is it called Customer Support if you get told basically "youre on own"??! Theyre more than happy to take my money thats for sure!

PLEASE READ*** If they try to offer you 10.99 insurance for your new device there is a 7.99 thats the same coverage. They just dont make money off the 7.99 insurance plan. They will try to rip you off anyway they can. Not to mention Johnny, Trevor, Sophia (Manager) and Ryan were all extremely rude when helping me. I ordered a NOTE 7 and have been waiting a few weeks and NOBODY HAS CALLED ME to inform me that the NOTE 7 WILL NOT BE MADE ANYMORE!! Ive paid my taxes on the phone and everything. I am so sick of being lied to by these people. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Visited this location Nov. 12, 2010. Needed to replace my phone (display dead). Rep named Roger waited on me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took his time with me, dicussed what I needed, showed me options but was never pushy. Helped me find the best phone for my needs at a good price (zero aflter rebate). Showed me how to use it, and helped me with the accessories (again, I asked, he didnt push). I know others have had bad experiences here but I have to say mine was all good, Im happy with the service and with the new phone.

I called ahead to make sure they could activate a new 4s iPhone that had come in the mail and Jorge (hope the sp is correct) answered and also remembered me when I got to the store. He is the manager there and could not have been more helpful. When we got waited on, less than 10 minutes even though the store was crowded, Alex waited on us. He was so nice and patient answering all of our questions. I used to go to the Countryside store but this one is closer and they could not have been nicer. Thumbs up - I give them an 11! Micki

This place is great. Dont listen to the idiot that said they didnt want to do anything about his phone, they cant downgrade the software. That guy is an idiot. Everyone there is great. The managers are nice, especially after they get a fresh haircut. Austin is probably the most good looking guy that is left, and Todd is awesome because he is Todd. Dont go there if you are wasting time, its rude. They are there to sell you stuff, so if you dont want that, buy online and do it all yourself.

OMG! I read the other reviews but thought I would give them a chance. I just called and was greeted by not only by a very rude woman but given the wrong information regarding the Apple iphone 4 bumper rebate. I was very polite but when we hung up she just said uh huh! very rudely and slammed the phone down like she couldnt be bothered. I was shocked. I have never written a review on anyone or anything before but this was something I had to do. Terrible customer service just terrible.

Ive got to say this is the worst store for customer service skills. I called for 65min on my phone to get through to someone at the store and finally when someone picked up I did ask for the MANAGER and they put me on hold for 10min and came back and said the MANAGER was busy and hung up on me. I tried to call back to get that persons name but all I Know is he sounded old. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!
