The get 6 stars on price. 3 on shipping speed so it averages to a 4. Between their sales and the 10% DCRainmaker discount, they can save you a lot of money here. On the downside, they appear to be a fairly small operation which appears to have a slim inventory in many items. It is most definitely not Amazon, et al with several fully stocked warehouses located next door to Fed Ex or UPS hubs so dont expect to receive your shipping notification with tracking number 2 hours after you order. My order took 4 weeks to ship due to the item being on back order. They did answer my inquiries during that time but there was no proactive communication from them other than the initial automatic confirmation of my order. I am old enough to remember when minimal communication and slow shipping was normal for old school, put a stamp on it "mail order" so the excited checking for a package on the porch every day for weeks was all kind of nostalgic for me. But now days, we are all used to lightning fast order processing, a billion emails along the processing way and with the big sellers, even stuff that is not "in stock" generally gets restocked in a couple days. Not so at Clever Training so you need to manage your expectations here. If you do order something that is not in stock, it really is going to take "5 to 7 business days" to ship. Or, maybe even 4 times that long. Would I order form them again? Most definitely yes, when shopping just on price. But only with extreme caution if I really needed/wanted the item quickly.

As a service member stationed overseas, I had bad experiences ordering products online that contained lithium batteries. I was hesitant on ordering the Garmin Fenix 5 Sapphire from CT. As I continued through the ordering process, I noticed there were no shipping flags or issues. Soon my order arrived at my Military Post Office box. I am stoked! I will definitely share my excellent purchase experience with my fellow service members shopping for fitness gear and highly recommend using CT for their needs. Thank you CT for such an excellent service!

Ive ordered from them twice now and both times there has been an issue with them shipping the item in a timely manner. Not impressed. In one case, I even called them and asked when it would be shipped and then paid for overnight delivery based on their input (so I could have it delivered Friday - before the weekend). It wasnt shipped as I was told and it was the mid-next week that it finally arrived. All they were willing to compensate was the difference between overnight shipping and two-day shipping. Better off going with Amazon.

I am very pleased with the service. I purchased a Fenix 3 HR at an amazing price online and then read a review and became worried. I called customer service and they assured me it would be shipped out. I received the product the next day (paid next day delivery). Very happy, will buy from again!
