Have ordered online twice and they cant seem to be able to read their own orders. I have been a business customer there for many years and now I am considering getting bulk items exclusively from Sams or the restaurant Depot. When I called to tell the manager that sizes and quantities were wrong I could not even get an apology until I asked for one. I am not a bit happy about it. I was sent the wrong register tape not enough straws or napkins and frozen items I asked for fresh. I am not sure how to get things done at my business with that kind of service. The manager kept trying to come up with reasons that his employee was not wrong rather than try to make it right.

The manger at this store is a complete jerk. Went in to buy a brisket and pork butt for my daughters first communion. He would not honor the e gift card I had on my phone. I have used these gift cards many times and have not had a problem. You sir need to get with the times and realize that gift cards come in more than just plastic. I will not shop at this location ever again.

Very friendly staff and excellent selection. You can get smaller sizes now instead of buying EVERYTHING in industrial size. The quality is great.
