In response to Nancy Felber, I have attempted to call you 2x and neither time did you answer my call or return my voice mail. Both of your messages you left me did not include your phone number. You screamed at and berated me on my voice mail for not returning your call, yet you did not give me the courtesy of even 24 hours to respond. I find this unusual for someone who claims to be a small business owner as well. Since you have decided to attempt to smear our stores name and wont return my phone call here are the facts. You are upset because you cannot mail in your rebate forms for the equipment you purchased. You cannot mail in the rebates because you threw the packaging away less than 24 hours after purchasing it and no longer have the skus needed on the original boxes. You are demanding that I give you the money for the rebates from the store. At least, this is what I can gather from the voice mails youve left, as you still refuse to return my phone calls. I"m sorry you fell this way and honestly, Im a little shocked you escalated the issue so quickly without actually speaking to someone. You dont see me running to post negative reviews about your business online. Folks, morale of the story is, hang onto your original packaging until you cut the SKU off to mail in with your rebate form. Verizons rebate center, like most others, will not accept the rebate without the original sku.

This is was of the most sorriest ran stores of any kind we have ever dealt with. We had 2 iPhones decided to upgrade we were never told we had to trade our old phones in so a couple weeks later we got billed for them. When I went in to talk to Aaron he said we needed shipping labels and we had to mail them back ourselves. The other thing that was terrible was we were promised a new jet pack by the manager it would be in in a few days, a week later no word some bodies truck broke down etc. etc. Ive contacted the store 3 more times and still dont have a answer or jet pack. BUYERS BE AWARE THEY WILL LIE TO YOu!!

They are under new ownership. Worked with Dave Bowling. He was the man! I have gotten the run around from other locations, and although the solution was more than anticipated (I lost my phone and didnt have insurance or upgrade.... my fault), Dave was super straight forward and I know that Im not going to see surprises in my bill! Highly highly highly recommend!

The standard answer I get when I have a problem is call/contact Verizon customer service. There insurance company is a joke. They are very slow to say the least. The store couldnt/wouldnt provide a loaner phone while the phone under a warranty was being repaired... What a joke of a verizon. I will never do business here again.

My experience with Verizon Wireless in Mount Gilead has been very unfortunate and costly. I would recommend that you do business elsewhere as the sales Manager Josh Nielsen does not return phone calls nor rectify their mistakes. Please go to a reputable company, not the Mt. Gilead Verizon store.

Order a phone from here and received a tracking number in a email. On 12-19-2015 at 7:00 pm When I went to pick it up after the FedEx Shipping it said it was signed for and delivered and was told it was not here. The sales associate was more Interested in watching a football game than helping.
