I purchased a gift card for my Father for Christmas from the outlet in Clearwater for the Outlet in Panama City Fl (because they live 5 1/2 hours away) and when he went to purchase his items the card was not activated. My parents drove 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back for absolutely nothing. I called the outlet in Clearwater where I purchased the $50.00 gift card and they made a mistake and never activated the card when i purchased it. HOW EMBARRASSING it was for me to get a call from my parents saying there was NO money on the gift card I purchased and HOW EMBARRASSING it was for my parents to have to drive a total of 1 hour and 30 plus minutes to get to the store for them to tell my parents they couldnt use the card. So ridiculous.
