I love going to this store, easy to find what you need, always well stocked etc., etc. However, when I go to the pharmacy...I get this older gentleman checking my purchases out. I have the CVS app on my phone and have used it many times at the front checkout station. This guy has pretty much screwed me out of my points on my card for the last three times. He needs to be retrained. We tried it again today and once again it did not work. He says I need to use my card instead of my phone app. Today I had three separate entries for the same amount charged to my debit card. I hate to drive 16 miles back to Sunbury but will have to get this straight. Need some training here ...
