Amazing customer service! Friendly, informative, low/no-pressure sales, works with you to custom-tailor exactly the right piece you want - at awesome prices. And, follow-up service was Awesome for us. My wedding ring (males) had a tiny diamond stud in it that fell or got knocked out after about a year and a half later. Brought it back, replaced, no questions asked. (*granted, it was just about the tiniest diamond you could ever imagine - much less than even $100 -... But still, it was the service that amazed me). Top-notch small business that do their own custom work too. Great to have them around!

I had to get my engagement ring resized and the people at Marquis Jewelers were friendly and helpful. I went in and paid the small fee for resizing and had it fitted while I waited. Unfortuntely, a couple days later, I decided it was still a bit too big. I went back and they resized it again for free, right there while I waited. Great service. Thank you!

Everyone here goes above and beyond extenT friendly helpful and patient if theyre busy they are quick and make sure to acknowledge your waiting. even the jeweler will come out from what ever hes making our repairing to help if people are waiting I highly recommend coming here theyll take care of you best experience Ive ever had in any kind of retail

Great friendly service. I was ordering a charm for a gift and the staff was so patient with me while I looked through their books to choose one. After about half an hour I found one. They ordered it and I received it a few days later. I loved it and they even wrapped it for me.

My fiance and I picked out my ring about a year and a half ago. The service was great and I love my ring. Ive gone back a few times to have the prongs tightened and the ring cleaned/shined, which was free and easy. Great service, price and quality, I definitely recommend!
