It saddens me to write a poor review about a family I have done business with for 20 years. Our layaway was active and I received a courtesy call to make a payment by today or the layaway would be canceled. Went to make a payment and asked if I could exchange the merchandise. I was told no and would lose the $180 paid and told that I couldnt exchange even though the layaway contract said 30% restock fee and rest in store credit. I was told sorry, keep original merchandise or lose all money paid. So they kept the $180 and I was forced to leave with no merchandise or be saddled with paying for something I didnt want. I appreciate the privilege of a layaway, but to have a business that walks away with someones hard earned money and give them nothing in return is unconscionable. I didnt want cash back. I wanted to spend my money with them but to be treated in that way was heart wrenching. I know it sounds emotional, and it is. This business is like family to me.

Got my engagement and wedding band soddered together here. What an amazing job! They lined the rings up perfectly and theyre more gorgeous than I could have imagined. They also redipped and deep cleaned my band, so it looks as perfect as when I first got it. The employees are knowledgeable, helful and just great at what they do.
