I am not a big jewelry person, so other than my wedding set, dont own much "good" jewelry. My husband purchased a relatively inexpensive (~$100) silver necklace chain for me for Christmas quite a few years ago to replace one that broke. It was shorter than I wanted, so I stopped in to the store to see if they would exchange it. They graciously did (and have also repaired it twice). When I had two other rings stolen, I wanted to replace at least one and stopped in again. Didnt see anything that I liked, but the sales woman helped me design one. I love that it is very different that anything Ive seen before. I was also able to trade in some old gold/silver jewelry which paid for 1/3 of the cost of the new ring. My wedding band has a brushed surface that needs to be "re-done" every 5-10 years. Since the jeweler we bought it from is in another city, about 20 years ago a friend who worked for a jeweler offered to take it - big mistake. There were big gouges instead of a soft brushed look. I was sick. So after wearing that way for several years, I stopped in at EW and asked if they could fix it. They estimated the cost to be about $40. When I picked up the ring, I was so happy, I almost cried. It was beautiful - just like new! Then, when I went to pay, the owner said "no charge." I would have been happy to pay triple the estimate - the transformation was incredible. Yesterday, I took some jewelry I inherited from a special Aunt - again, nothing incredibly valuable (no diamonds). Once again, the sales woman spent a considerable amount of time helping me figure out a "re-design" that would work form me. Was given ideas, but no pressure. I felt comfortable walking out of the store to think about what I wanted to do - but, will definitely be back when I decide. It is truly a pleasure doing business w/ them. Even though (by jewelers standards) my purchases have been modest, I have been treated as a valued customer - w/ patience and respect. And they always remember me even though Ive only been in there a handful of times in the past 15 years. I highly recommend Edward Warren Jewelers.

I first went into Edward Warren Jewelers when my father-in-law died, because we needed to know if some of the estate jewelry had any value. Warren explained what had value and what didnt. He also gave us a price for the gold. He was very professional and never pushy. After purchasing a diamond from the estate, I purchased a wedding band from Edward Warren Jewelers and Warren mounted the diamond for me. My ring is absolutely beautiful. Our relationship didnt stop there. We introduced our future son-in-law to Edward Warren Jewelers and one of his staff helped our son-in-law pick out a ring. My wife took me there after reading online reviews. I told her not to trust online reviews but after i went in there and saw everything for myself. I will have no problem being their online review on here to others to go witness.. Met Corey, dude knew his work and will never try to pressure you on anything but rather work with you. And trust me on this, no matter what your price range is. He will find you what you want or even get you the same thing you wanted with a smart move or option.. Edward tried my step-son with a picture on the wall. But little boy was smart and got the answer for a ring candy.. Long story short, i will always go in there whenever it comes to jewelry.

We had brought a family ring there to make into my engagement ring. The staff was excellent in helping us design it and had it back to us in no time! When it was time for bands they showed us their selections and helped us narrow it down. We even got my husbands band the same day! When I brought my rings back to get them put together they were quick to tell me the exact date I would be getting them back. Customer service is beyond amazing. They remember who you are and are always willing to spend the time to get to know you and get you what you need. I will always recommend them and go there for any jewelry needs.

Cory at Edward Warren Jewelers is absolutely AMAZING! I am a huge Buckeye Fan and fell in love with the Block O necklace. I ordered it and almost immediately got a call from Cory confirming my order. I had asked for a little bit longer chain than what came with the pendant; so Cory special ordered me a longer necklace; then delivered it right to my office (workplace) within 2 days! I went to Edward Warren to get help with a bracelet that had a small, hard-to-work clasp. I tried going to the chain store where the bracelet was purchased, but they wanted a lot of money, and a few days to upgrade the clasp. When I got to Edward Warren Jewelers I was given several options, all at lower prices, and the fix was completed immediately. I walked out with the upgraded bracelet within 10 minutes.
