Ive come here multiple times and have been pleased every visit. I bought a necklace for my girlfriend, a yellow gold heart with a matching white gold heard attached to the other via a pivoting post. This eventually broke, and I took it here. Patrick and I discussed ways to repair it, and I eventually decided to have him give a go at linking the two hearts together, like chain links. Two days later the work was done. He split one heart to connect them and then molded it back together, leaving literally no visible markings of the cut at all. The necklace is far more attractive now, thanks to his work! I wont mention price, but it was very reasonable for the exceptional custom work. He even replaced one of the diamonds in the necklace that I hadnt spotted was missing for no extra charge (small diamond). This is an upstanding, quality business. Dont hesitate one bit to visit here!

He has done this to me twice. Shame on me for using him for the second time Dropped a watch to be fixed, with a promises of a call back within couple of days with an estimate. He also quoted a number which was acceptable. I authorized the work with contengency the price does not exceed the quouted number. The estimate call never came. I received a call the watch was ready Stopped by to pick it up, the repair bill was %45 higher. I voiced a complain the response was we call you with estimate which he never did. My phone records prove it. I paid the exaggerated price just because the watch is valued to me and left. I am not sure this guy is total honest with his clients. As I said shame on me for using him. NEVER again. Approach with caution.....

The staff at Patrick Day Jewelers is very knowledgeable of their craft. They only deal in top of the line jewelry that will last for years to come. You will not find any substandard quality in their store. The workmanship on repairs is second to none. They have a wide variety of unique pieces to shop from on sight as well as catalogs to order custom pieces out of. The staff takes their time and treats everyone like family the moment you reach the counter. The turn around time is expedient. I feel confident bringing my heirloom jewelry in for repairs knowing it will be cared for and repaired quickly. If you are dealing with expensive pieces, the only Jeweler to trust it to is Patrick of Patrick Day Jewelers.

Brought my $700.00 Fortis watch in to have a new watch band put on it...... Patrick Day said he could do that and asked me to leave it with him...Came back same day.......The watch crown was now broken and the watch interior was now loose inside the frame..... I owned the watch for 11 years , swim with it daily, and it was never like that before bringing it to Patrick Day Jewelers.....He should have admitted he broke the watch and offered to repair it at no cost…..This is what is bad in the world today…..

What great service! I had a metal band that needed to be installed on my new Samsung Smart Watch. Another major Clearwater jeweler turned down the job as being to difficult. Patrick spent quite a bit of time sizing the band to my wrist and it came out perfect. He charged me a very reasonable fee for the amount of time he spent on the watch. I would have gladly paid 3 times what he charged. He will certainly get my jewelry repair business in the future.

It was very hard to find a jeweler to work on my husband and Is Movados. Patrick Day Jewelers was great! They were very thorough in checking to make sure that they had properly inspected and fixed the problems. The price was fair and the staff was so nice. Horrible shopping experience. The owners were knowledgable but neither were the least bit friendly. For a small jewelry store located inside of a pharmacy, they do absolutely nothing to make up for their lack of selection with good customer service. I would recommend coming here only to someone I dislike.
