The customer service at Target #0872 20100 Haggerty Hwy in Livonia is HORRIBLE!!! So Im trying to finish up getting toothpaste/deodorant and other toiletries for the homeless. I get the last of what I need. I head to the check out ... Im unloading. The cashier and store security LATEISHA are having a discussion "well does she get the lowest possible price?... Blah blah. So me ..excuse me should I go to another lane ? No one sec. Then a "team leader CHRISTY" comes out and tells ME .. I can only buy 10 2/pack deodorants and 10 toothpaste .... EXCUSE YOU? This is NOT ON SALE, Im NOT couponing, I dont have someone elses credit card , there is NO LIMIT posted this is being donated so lets start again.... Oh and hold up DID YOU CALL STORE SECURITY out here on me like Im a criminal !!! If I cant buy it all keep it all and get me a number to corporate. She CHRISTY " you can get it from get services " ooooooh boy you gone learn today Christy! No you will go get it and bring it to me because Im the unhappy customer and Ill wait right here. No other Target cared 2 rocks about me cleaning out their shelves hell they went to the back for me.... Smh!!! Guess what Christy everyones not a crook !!! I WAS DOING A GOOD DEED !! Still waiting on a call from management

We had a very frustrating experience at this Target today. My husband and I went in there with our two kids to look at fitbits. Walking into the store I was excited to be getting a new device that would help us towards our fitness goals. At the front door we were greeted with an over flowing trash can. Walking past that we continued to electronics. Walking up I could see four associates in the small area and I thought great well be able to get help quickly. As we approached no one looked up or greeted us. We walked around trying to find what were looking for. Finally my husband asked if they carried fitbits and the associate says yep right there and points to a case offering no other help or comments. My husband then asked if they carried the large size and the associate said its only online. At that point I was ready to leave. I could have bought mine and ordered my husbands but I wont be purchasing it from Target even though I really wanted the teal colored one that only comes from Target. I will get another color from another store after the service that we received.

This Target is closest to my house. So, its convenient. Its usually pretty busy and people drive crazy through that parking lot. Be careful. Since its so busy, they sell out of a lot of the clothing in my size pretty quickly. When I have a question, sometimes its hard to find an employee. Check out clerks are hit or miss. But usually when Im overly nice, they act nice back. P.s. their Pizza Hut inside had the best bread sticks.

This has been my first visit to this store ever since they relocated and expanded their grocery section, along with remodeling parts of the store. The overall look, which accompanies the overall branding image of Target, is very snazzy and compliments the decor to the store, although it looks a little dirty and outdated in some spots. Customer service is decent enough; the cashier who scanned the items is very helpful.

The service is great but the produce section is rather small and pricey. Good for: -service -snacks -hair and bath, personal hygiene products -fair collection of fragrances -household stuff Bad for: -produce -variety -prices 3 stars because the store isnt my first go to, if I need serious amount of things to buy. Its just for quick 1-10 item drive-bys

Typical Target. Clean and organized. Nice pricing policy that theyll match ads with any competitor or ad. Make sure to check online at Target website bc sometimes prices are lower there. but prices are only adjusted at customer service (not cashier). Pharmacy is now CVS so no longer offers $4 drug list or similar discount programs

The store was clean and well put together. I would just like it if when Im shopping I see more smiles. The cashier was not all that nice, it really seem that she did not want to be there. More friendly faces and staff should acknowledge customers when walking by them. "Hi, how are you today?"

There was a price discrepancy on my bill from the week before, so I went in to have that adjusted. Expected to be given a hard time even though I had the receipt, but it could not have gone better. Refund received - no questions asked! Target always makes life easy!

I only popped in to use the bathroom while my friend grabbed a few things (which were all in stock). Bathroom serviceable but needed to be freshened up. I gave the checkout lady a heads up. If I get to shop at this Target again Ill update my review.

The usual target where you find clothing, foot wear, home appliances, electronics, toys for kids etc. Have seen very few staff here. Occasionally they give offers to products. Its close to Costco and Costco gas. Both share a large parking area.

Well stocked ... also has very nice hpusehold furniture pieces that I hadnt seen at other Target stores that Ive shopped at in the past. Will definitely be back soon to spend more time looking for household knick-knack items.

Can always find what Im looking for, and I always pick up about $50 of extra stuff that I wasnt looking for but I really like. Classy stuff for the house, good food selections, love their giant makeup aisles.

Employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. The shelves are kept stocked and the store is well maintained. I have lived in 6 different states and this is by far the best Target I have ever been to.

Its okay. Hard to find anyone to help. The cashiers are always nice. Though I get sick I being asked to open a card. I know they are doing their job.

Normal Target. Has everything. You go in to get one thing and come out with a cart full. I recommend using their cart wheel app for coupons and discounts.

Store was actually kind of a mess when I was there. Shoe aisles were full of shoes on the ground. Otherwise a nice place to shop if you live nearby.

Reasonably clean, and Ive had good help when you can find an associate. They keep the checkout lines here short which I really appreciate.
