I went in earlier today to get a trimmer and also inquired about a pair of shears. I mentioned that I may have seen the shears in the catalog and the shorter, heavier set woman with blonde hair who was checking me out, replies with. " i dont know, i just work here." What kind of answer is that? Then when i also told her that I lost my store card and i would like to know how to get another one. She rang me up and tells me to ask about it next time i come in because there is a line of people behind me that she has to get to. I couldnt believe the rude customer service. I honestly dont even think this woman is qualified to be working in the hair industry period with her lack of knowledge. Unfortunately, I will go out of my way to not go to this location anymore and go to another one.

I really, really love all of the products from a salon centric. I just to spend up to 1000 dollars on products for my salon everything two weeks. I dont get it anymore because of the employees from there. Every time I go back and get anything they have an attitude so bad that I just get couple of stuff and leave. What is so funny is if I call they are very nice, but if I go there they are so mean. I will give them no stars, but to leave the review I have to give them one star Thanks.

I no longer will go to the Livonia location. The workers there are nothing but rude. One exception is a taller lady with curly hair the other 2 shorter, heavier ladies are rude and push you out the door if its a half hour before closing. Dont bother asking a question because they get frustrated if they have to stop chatting to help you! I did try to go one last time and the store was closed for remodeling.

I really enjoy the main lady who work nights her. She is always so helpful even when i ask silly questions. GREAT STAFF
