The have a great selection. Male manager is incredibly rude and condescending when asking questions. Rudely told me they didnt have a part so I checked online and they actually did. Went back and had someone else get me the part. Does he even want sales? Very poor customer service is a bad idea for an area saturated with marine shops. Will take business elsewhere.

Drove a hr. One way. For them to tell me they wont sell me a product for the price on the tag. (All product had same price) and wanted 50 dollar more than price tag. (After I called the day before to see if they had , and price) I hope this review is read by west marine corporate. Buy from mom and pop places.or the good supplier on the net.

Great place to have your boat have a slot on the main drag and enjoy spending time out there even spending the night out on my boat if its nice weather
