Ive been to this store several times, and every time I go the customer service is excellent. The staff is always willing to help. I really only go there for backpacking and hiking gear. They have a great selection from classic, to the latest gear to browse. Always good to have the advantage in the backcountry. This store has some of the best brands to choose from. Always be prepared for whats ahead, most importantly "have fun out there".

Hello there, I am guessing that you probably had "downhill/alpine" skis that were brought into the shop. Our store only services "Nordic/Cross-Country" skis and we do not have the equipment to legally do binding setups on those types of skis. I am sorry if that was not explained properly to you. Of course I love going here. They have great sales, but..it seems that the quality has dropped recently. Also they went bankrupt? Not this stores fault of course, but I think that shows the kind of quality they accept now.

Excellent customer service - Walked in just before they close to look at hiking shoes. I wasnt rushed at all. Very knowledgeable staff. The kid working the back knew more about shoes than anyone Ive ever talked to.

The reason the guy said he wasnt certified is because if u adjust the bindings for someone you take on liability. If you get hurt and he didnt have a certificate then he would be liable for your injury.
